I think the Boss sounds way more hi-fi. The Brig totally shmushes lower sounds, so much less definition than the Boss. The Brig sounds does more analogue, darker, but it's not clear to my ears. But you might want that. Only at 7:00 did the Brig hold it together and sounded really nice.

The Brig sounds pretty awesome in stereo, gently throbbing between left and right.

I just ordered the Brig but own the DM-101 which I love!! I just needed something for a small board set up and the Boss is too greedy on space :)
