Hey, thanks for the video. I've heard that Meraki doesn't have enough headroom for hot pickups. I wonder what's your experience with it going through synths and stuff? ANy lack of headroom issue? Cheers
Man i never even took the time to look at brig. That thing sounds amazing on synths. Meraki i am still debating as i don’t see it blowing the competition out of the water for its price but it is super clean which i prefer 90 percent of the time. Dam that brig sounded good and wide

Not really interested in another paraphonic synth, already have 4 of them and 2 I really like. The monopoly and the Odyssey. I however am looking at getting a Trigon 6 soon but it’s very expensive.

The playing on this video was a little too busy to really get a sense of the tails in isolation.
The first sound is great on the Brig. Pads on the Meraki sound great!

Yes it’s lacks headroom for hot signals, you have to adjust gain accordingly.
Might do well with a DI or something like Radial EXTC Stereo, which is both a DI and reamper that can use either side in isolation too.

That A05 pluck patch was giving me strong Ann Annie vibes.
A new Oberheim synth based on the Take 5 was leaked recently…the TEO-5. Might be worth looking into when it’s announced.
So I was hung up about buying an ob6 or a trigon 6. I plan on getting the trigon now and waiting for the teo.
Have you tried Sequential's Pro 2? I think you may be very surprised.
