Super Idee, eine Trillerpfeife selbst zu drechseln. Bravo! Sehr gut erklärt. Meine Freunde in Stuttgart, die jeden Montag gegen Stuttgart-21 auf der Montagsdemo demonstrieren bekommen eine solche Pfeife von mir zu Weihnachten ....
Love it! We used to whittle these but turning will go lots faster. My great-grandkids live far enough away that I’m thinking of giving them each whistles. Keep these videos coming that share good use of scraps!
I really like all the unique ideas for what you can make with a wood lathe. This and the spoon are just really cool. Curious if you ever made anything threaded on a wood lathe
The neighbors are going to be so happy you made these for their kids. Great video with a really nice result.
LOL, no doubt. Thanks for watching!

Thank you! I actually love the pipe idea. I think that will be next :)

Thank you so much! Let me know how it works out.
This is something I've been wanting to do
I was shocked at the fact that I owned a lathe and it took me so long to do one of these. Let me know how you make out!

Yeah, it's such a versatile tool. It's something I'm so happy I have. No, I have not yet tried to do any threading with the lathe.
I even have a walnut tree😊
Excellent! Love walnut
My other question do you drill a hole through the end all the way through or is it just confined to the one area
No, do not drill all the way though as you’ll need to plug both ends. I usually drill about 3/4 of the way down
