    Feeling Sorry For Justice Singh.
Advocate Sai and Journalist Prakash you both made this episode one of the best episode of this year till now.
We always raise our voices against the NJAC as we think it would be an encroachment of appointing power by the executive.
But this is also not true.
A consideration is must as nothing is enough perfect that it is beyond the improvement.
Advocate Sai thank you for mentioning 'Not taking decision is also a best decision'.
And I before I wrap up my views I would like to appreciate Frank as your smile during the episode killed me.😆

      Prashant kumar
Whatever you are mentioning no one can deny these facts
And it is also true and we all are well versed with all these.
Here, we are not discussing the best way of appointment of the judges.
HERE THE MATTER IS TO COUNTER THE DEADLOCK WHICH IS CURRENTLY STALLING THE APPOINTMENT OF THE JUDGES.
we must not fix ourselves only to the collegium system. As we can see this system nowadays became the most controversial and resulting in no appointment of the new judges like Indu Malhotra and the CJ of Uttarakhand.
We must consider another ways to ensure the appointment on a regular basis to smoothen the function of the supreme court.
If not NJAC then a modified version of that would be an option.Thank You

I was deeply engrossed in the debate until Mr Singh said there is no need of transparency in judicial appointment.
His views are as opaque as the judiciary.
J sai Deepak and Satya Prakash were pure gems in this debate.

I agree with Mr satya prakash and Deepak sir that there should be NJAC for appointment of Judges. It will not reduce the independence of the judiciary but it will bring transparency to the judiciary system.

great discussion. I think there should be more time given to the programme. I could see Mr. Singh wasn't able to completely say about his opinion and had to be cut short because of the dearth of time. To have a proper good discussion there should be like 45 mins be given to each programmes.

Justice Singh's behaviour is the same as those Maharajas who lost their privy purse - sour and angry for losing something which was never supposed to be theirs. I wish the present government acts with an iron hand and tame the judiciary. You cannot allow the opaque system to run the system.

when even there is finger raising towards each others in the judiciary itself. Then its time to introduce some reforms in the Judiciary itself, nd it can't be stalled just by saying that ...
"it will endanger the independence of judiciary "
