We have applied for an OBC certificate but Revenue Inspector here, seems to be unaware of the Creamy layer and non-Creamy layer details and she got us Creamy Layer. How to change it into NCL? My son is in +1 now and we have time till next year to apply for the engineering colleges. Please guide us. your reply is more important to us.
