From your earlier videos, it requires >97 percentile in Mains to get NIT Trichy seat for other state students and for TN students somewhere between 95 or above and for CSE branch it requires >99 percentile for home and other state students.

Only some colleges need extra application. For IIT NIT IIIT and CFTI only one application. It is JoSAA

@@narmada2610 Within TN, for all colleges there is counselling and seat allotment based on +2 marks (Anna University, all Govt Colleges and Private colleges) based on rank and community quote. Outside TN, you can try to colleges like BITS, Amrita, Manipal, and in North India few private colleges are there.

There are many private colleges like vit, amrita, manipal, lpu, daaict which have their own exams. They are more valuable than nits. If your daughter is capable of getting nit then she will also be able to get seat in these colleges

Yes, based on JEE Main score, 50% of seats are reserved only for TN students (community quote will be applied as well)
