Thanks. But sir the problem is that the local patwari only depend on salary slips if parent is a salaried person. They do not go into the rules and only see the income especially salary income. I have faced this and they rejected my son's OBC (NCL) certificate.
Yes municipal corporation check say to write salary income on form and they decide on salary of family from job

But many authorities are simply denying to listen any rules ,they simply tell people about income certificate including their salaries, i need a certificate and facing all that problems.plz help me...from where i can get any help about this matter

Thank you. If the salary /agriculture income are not included, then why the Tahsildars are asking for the salary certificate while applying for non creamy layer certificate? And that too, they don't ask the salary certificate for consecutive 3 years. Mostly they ask for current month's salary certificate.
Yes even I have been denied from the non creamy layer for the same reason.
Because even tahsildars don't know the rules properly.the tn gvt have clarified the rules 3/4 months back
@@deepthid.s1284 You have to question them with all docs. Ask them to provide the rule while rejecting. Most of the time they don't cite any rule while rejecting..If they still denies, go to collectorate and give a complaint. I know 2 cases where tahsildar rejected the request initially and the moment the requester said, I am going to collectorate, they signed and gave the certificate.

Appa and amma oda category of work kelunga..or keka sollunga with their higher officials..if both were in group B..u'll fall in creamy layer..and if father alone in group B and got promted to group A within his 40 age u'll again be creamy layer...so fist get clarified with their category

Sir, regarding your comment on "Private Sector" , I couldn't find any clear statement in the DOPT's that says 8 Lakh income is excluding salary income. Could you please point me to that statement?

If you dopt memorandum there is part 4 class 9 it ask about income wealth tax there it is specified that income from salary and income from agricultural shouldnt be taken into account

Video isn't clear,8 lakh / annum for 3 consicutive yr for govt employees also. If a person retired as class 3 officer but doesn't have 8 lakh salary for 3 consicutive yr,then what will he be? Or as his salary will not be taken for creamy layer?
3 consecutive years was only for private sector

Hi , chandru , Can you clear my one doubt - After watching sir's video I have understood that I am eligible for OBC reservation, but since I did not know this before so I gave my two attempts in IAS prelims as OBC ' creamy layer' in 2019 and 2020.
Now after knowing this Can I give my 3rd attempt as "Non Creamy layer" candidate ?

My father is a Junior engineer grade 2 in PSU, till his age of 50 he is a technician latter he has been promoted as JE through internal recruitment. Am I eligible for the OBC NCL, since I approached an agent for OBC certificate he said nowdays thasildar is not issuing OBC certificate for the wards of JE in NLC.

As told by you the salary is excluded . I went to the tahsildar and then SDM as well with the documents but still they rejected , so please confirm once again.

Please respond to my question . A government official earn 50000 as salary per month and his income is 7 lakh per annum. Now the total money he earn in a year is 13 lakhs. Now consider a fruit seller . Through fruit selling ,he earns 7 lakhs per year. He is giving service to no one. The money earned by the official in a year is almost twice as the fruit seller. Why the government treats them equal ? Is this fair ? 13 lakhs is more than enough for 1 year living of a family. But 7 lakhs is not like that. Please give me detail explanation .

They sometimes see the income of not just past 1 year but 3 years or 2years sometimes so if ur income is in non creamy layer for just 1 yr sometimes they dont accept it
