Sir, For private employee salary is 8 Lakh and above then they are considered as A grade employee and not eligible for OBC Certificate as per recent clarification from authority. This is not clear at ground level. Is there any gazatte copy about salary employees eligibility to share with officer.

Not possible to renew. You will get new one. Because ONC certificate validity is 1 April to 31 March only. Every year will get new one.

OBC is based on parents income. So your father income certificate is not need. If ask upload death certificate. Only your mother income certificate need, if your mother Working. Otherwise no need

No. If your parents have More than 8L in private or government sectors you will be a consider as a General.
We thought, it's applicable to business employees and income from other sources and even Salary above 8 Lakh are eligible
