Sir, basically im am BC in tamilnadum. i have compmeted BSMS degree( siddha doctor). Now i got selected for AIIMS medical officer post Interview(1:7 ratio). My thasildar official denied to provide obc for me.
Now currently working as a Junior research fellowship and recening stipend. They also calculated that payment also in Income certificate. And not providing OBC because of my profession as doctor. I dont have agri income. I dont have own clinical bussiness. My interview scheduled next sunday at Bhopal.
I dont know what to do sir. Suggest me what should i do next. My family annual income was around 7.48lc

Hello, Your profession and income does not matter. Only your parents' income should be considered while applying for OBC certificate.

I am also suffering from this issue for more then one year. Actually I am comes under OBC-NCL but due to parents income more than 8 Lakh I appear GENERAL category in Bank exam..இதற்கான மூல காரணம் எங்க ஊர்ல உள்ள தலையாரி & VAO தான்.அவர்கள் Parents income 8 Lakh உள்ள இருந்தால்தான் OBC-NCL Eligible என்பதாக கூறினர். 1.5 years ah நான் GEN category la தான் எல்லா exam ம் எழுதினேன். Now I take OBC-NCL Certificate with the help of some youtuber like you..THANK YOU FOR THE CLEAR CLARIFICATION 🙏

They give a validity in certificate itself
It doesn't matter when you get this certificate, It will be valid upto March 31

Respected sir, I got obc non creamy layer certificate last month. My parents (govt servents )salary more than 8k .we don't have any other source of income, the vao,ri,head quarters officer & zonal officer -they don't know about the non creamy layer procedure ,they still lagging in that 8k salary annual income old procedure, they were not updated. But now all the certificates are online in a clear format. The dhasildhar officers cannot able to select a person to be creamy or non creamy layer, because the online mode is automatic. Thank you sir for your clear understanding videos.🙏❤️

Sir, is this not unfair to self employed people..for salaried people(income from salary), even if one person gets Rs.30L salary, he can get obc ncl..whereas if a self employed person who earns only 8L (Income from business - he can not get salary and business income is equilant to salary) can not get obc ncl ..Truly unfair
