Hi sir. I am from Assam. I knew that in our district NCL was so abstract and it depend on officers only. So recently I talk to one ADC in DC office who grant the certificate, he denied me saying that you are not eligible for NCL. Irony is my parents work under state government as as 3rd grade service person. As my parent's salary income is 8lakh plus. Office denied. Ironically officer did not understand the law despite the fact that I have shown all the points to the officer from the official document itself.. Other ironical thing is I talkd to my caste leader or so called students Union, they just don't want to fight for it.. Sir now what can I do?? I talk to the officer 2 times and he denied.. i am going for this year prelims. Sir olz help me on what to do in next step..

Great discussion, but state government officers fails to understand all this. There is problem at the time of college admission fees. MAHADBT In Maharashtra demand the form number 16 with non creamy layer certificate. Authority provide NCL certificate but MAHADBT demands form number 16 .

Sir I am from Jharkhand state and belong to OBC-NCL my family resides here since 1960s and we don't had land earlier means we were landless. We purchased a land in 1980. But according to local authority I must produce a land holding document of before 1978 for reservation benefits and hence I have been denied of OBC reservation. I don't know where to go, to whom to complain nobody helps poor and below privileged people liks us. I have wasted so many days running from block office to sdm office but no body wants to help. Before 2000 we all were part of bihar but due to political division our house is now in jharkhand and so we are denied of any reservation.

I was recruited as Gr A officer in State Government PUC in 1982 and hence was excluded from NCL category for OBC and my son has to take admission in IITB from Open Category and thus got Chemical Engineering branch against Electrical Engineering for OBC(NCL) around his AIR . There he tops in his branch when he passed out in 2013 from IITB. That’s is a different thing. Now I got retired in 2018 and if suppose I have another son/ daughter ( I have only one ) Can I get NCL advantage as my ITR shows that my income is below ₹8 lakh ( other than pension ie salary) and hence eligible as per Criteria VI ( income other than salary, below ₹8 lakh) even though I was Gr A officer at the time of recruitment but now retired. The clarification will help to those who are having this situation.

Please help me. I have applied for central OBC NCL certificate from Delhi. I have delhi obc NCL certificate but it has been more than one month it's still showing under verification. How to solve that problem.

Hlw Sir , Me Madhya Pradesh se hu , Me OBC category me aata hu mere Father Varg 3 ke govt. Primary Teacher he unki annual income 11 lakh rs. He mene loksewa kendra mene cast certificate banwaya tha but us cast certificate me likha he ki me creamy layer me aata hu to ab me kya karu sabhi kah rahe he ki 8 lakh se jayada income wale creamy layer me hi aate he please help me ...???

Sir, to get NCL certificate in Central format, SDM office asked me to produce salary slip of my father. My father being a class 3 central government employee.... Why they asked for salary slip then???
Hey! Have you gotten your NCL certificate? My father is also a class 3 government employee and salary 8lakh + authorities are not ready to give me NCL certificate but according to rules they should be given?? What I do it's very urgent 😔😔
