The central government issued notification of the UPSC 2022 exam and receives the application from date 02-02-2022 till 22-2-2022.
It mentioned that the obc ncl certificate date should on or before Date 22-02-2022.
we got the obc ncl certificate from TN govt and it vailed till 31-03-2022.
we want to know whether we need to apply fresh certificate and how to update in UPSC application form which we recently submitted.

I a m working in the private IT company as software engineer and my salary income is more than 8 lakhs and I do not have any other income. When I applied for OBC for my son 6 months back, my application got rejected saying there is new guideline to exclude Professional class and those engaged in Trade and Industry. They informed that Software engineer is listed under professional class category and hence not eligible for OBC. Please suggest what should I do. Thanks again for the wonderful service you do.

above the Wealth Tax Act for a period of

What is interpretation of this ? Is this means if other sources of income is let's say 15 lakh (2019) 7 lakh (2020) and 8.5 lakh (2021) then also the person is eligible for OBC NC bcoz above rule talks about three 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 years and 7 lakh that is in the year 2020 is not crossing the limit.

Yes. If your father only class B officer, you can get OBC certificate. If both of your parents are class B Officers then only you are not eligible

Central govt jobs ku Namma state provide panra e-obc certificate enough ah? Becoz why am asking this qstn is, NHPC notification la yena sollirukuna, "To upload certificate only in the prescribed proforma meant for appointment to posts under the government of india"- ipdi sollirukanga. But Namma state e-obc certificate la verum other backward class certificate nu than heading ah iruku. Then what to do? Pls give information.

1. My son cut off 186.5 OC, will he get CSE in Kumaraguru, SKECT ? and what will be his TNEA rank ?
2. He got allotment B.TEch (CSBS) in SASTRA, Can we take it

If only one parent is a Group B officer, and if he doesn't get any promotion as Group A officer before the age of 40. Then they are eligible for OBC NCL. Whereas if both parents are Group B officers then they will come under OBC CL
