I havent touched my guitar in months due to some tendon troubles. This is nice and simple and sounds great. It will be a good "re-learn how to play guitar" song. Thanks for posting
I have to watch out for tendonitis, too. I can mostly just recommend staying relaxed, fretting lightly, and sticking with shorter scale length guitar necks between 24" and 25" (at the most). Strats are 25.5" scale and are real stretchers!
Oddly I have just been learning this song and then you make a video of it. Telepathy man, I thank you sir. You'r tutorials are really well presented and you have helped me get back into playing this last year or so after a long lay off, Rusty wasn't even near lol But seriously credit where it's due, so Thanks again.
Great video man. Please do some Agalloch lessons, i am sure people would love it! And let's see if this works: Simon says make a lesson for Agalloch - Falling Snow :D
@@SimonSmithGuitar Let's say you play it "cleaner". Varg is playing more "edgy", he used to play unpurified. He did not use an amp, sometimes he did not even use a microphone but a headset. That's what the typical Burzum sound was about. Unfortunatally, he quit his project :( Nevertheless, I think I figured out that the original song is played in Drop D. Maybe I'm wrong, but to me it sounds like Drop D. Whatever, imho you did a very good job to figure out the chords and stuff :)
I can't believe my eyes, an hour ago I was listening to this song in a windy cold night... What a nice surprise!
My favorite Burzum song!
For those wondering the tuning is e standard but in a = 450 hz, or f standard in 430 hz
burzum🤘i was waiting for a lesson for a long time...before watching the video i know it will be brutal..keep it up
Yeah, back to your classic black metal lessons. Great job!
