- In this video, I check out the brand-new spot in SOUTH PHILLY, On A Roll. They specialize in high-quality Italian sandwiches, including cheesesteaks, chicken cutlets, smash burgers, and more.
Located at : 2700 S Darien St, Philadelphia, PA 19148
SHOUT OUT FOR COOPER SHARP, THE BEST.
That’s what we need mom and pop places again! Love this!
On Staten Island we have a place “On A Roll” that’s mostly burgers. I’ll check this place out next weekend when I’m down for Phillies & Eagles games.

That Kim Rigey looks good. There's a place in Barnegat called Romeo's that does a balsamic glazed chicken, roasted red pepper and fresh mozzarella pizza that is my absolute favorite. That looked very similar so I'm sure it slaps

The cutlet samwich looks killer...So do all the rest...SWPhilly native...Worked all over S philly for 35 years as a contractor...Good luck to them; We need a clean place to replace Nick's at 20th Jackson...I miss those old school beefs; "little out if you got it"..

In the mid to late 80s there was a place on Oregon Avenue called on a roll it was owned by a fellow named Larry and it was a breakfast sandwich joint that was out of sight it was right across the street from the UPS building near Front Street

Cooper sharp is an amazing and hearty cheese…holds up great…not like alot of those ‘fake’ cheese products…cheesy goodness…old school for sure…
