Instead of having to turn the pizzas you could already be assembling new ones while the previous one cooks on its own. A spinning stone is not so good as you think. The pizzas are never exactly round and you also can't get it exactly in the middle... So you have to watch and turn. My first oven was the Witt rotate... Now I also have the gozney;)

Mostly for dietary requirements not allergy. I do have spares of all of them though. I keep about 10 cutters in the van.
