Hi Ryan, there's no need to change anything. Great content and love the way you calmly work through the diagnostic procedures. a very talented young man. Great work.
As an older petrol head, when the height of technology at your age was a twin SU on my mini cooper, I am amazed at your work and if I have any electrical problems with my BMW 4 series I will certainly get in touch as I am relatively local(Lanark) when not in Spain
Ryan - you do not need to change anything as you tell and illustrate each story very well. Diagnostics is a fascinating exercise particularly when you factor in the diagnostic aids, a logical approach and equally significant experience and intuition. Nice to see a young chap so on top of his game. I have enjoyed all your videos.
Hi Ryan, just found your channel a couple of days ago and i absolutely love it. Dont change anything. Im really into your diagnostic & reprogramming sections. Your skill set is second to none, and your methodical working & fault finding is excellent. Im hooked on your videos, and that sence of satisfaction (& smile) when you sort out faults others couldn't. Keep up the excellent work mate. 👍👍
Channel's great! Always fun and interesting to watch. Reminds me a bit of Rainman Ray's channel (probably why the algorithms sent me your way in the first place). It's solid informative entertainment watching people do their own thing while having breakfast/lunch :) Hope your neck feels better soon. It can be a right bugbear.
Hi Ryan, fantastic video of a young, very talented and professional diagnostic tech at work. It's really great to see that SOME techs have resourced themselves with knowledge and equipment to be able to correctly diagnose the problem and very often, resolve it.
Excellent content you show and explain. I understand completely what you are showing and doing to fix these faults. I am an actual dignostics trainer, so I can clearly see you know what you doing and Excellent knowledge. We are a scarce breed when it comes to electrical diagnostic.
Had the same thing happen to my Accord wagon - flood filled the car up to the bottom of the windows. When the water went down, I drained the car, pulled the battery, and pulled all the modules. Opened them up, drowned them in WD40, and let them sit in the sun. I reassembled it after draining the engine and transmission of water, and the thing actually went. It kept going for about a year, but eventually, the rest of the electrics packed it in, e.g. window motors, alternator, earth points, electronic engine mounts, (!), and the car was taken away as scrap. To repair it all was not economically viable, which was sad. It was a nice car, and I miss it.
Only suggestion for your channel is to reduce the number of times you raise your hand to the camera to change scene. Apart from that the channel is great and very educational.
I don't think you can improve anything, you already give away FREE knowledge. And your content is of very high quality. Can I recommend you get yourself some solder fume extraction. Ive been soldering for many years....your health matters most. Your an inspiration to young and old, I'm an old codger now, but having been in diagnostics for many year(including making my own adapter) i am learning every day!!!
REALLY LIKE YOUR CHANNEL ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, THANKS FOR THE VERY INFORMATIVE VIDEOS PLEASE KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK . WHERE DID YOU GET YOUR AUTOMOTIVE ELECTRONICS TRAINING THANKS FOR YOUR TIME ???
The bcm is controlled of body functions on the vehicle ie lights central locking etc. We copy the data to transfer to a used unit to save a couple of quid on a new one, A new unit can be programmed in online but doing it the way i did in the video saves online access etc Thanks for watching
You know what? I am a regular viewer of your TH-cam Channel. I have seen all your videos and your content qualities are very good. I learned lots of things from you. Your channel has great quality contents but still it is not delivering its right audiences due to SEO problems. You should focus on your SEO so that You can get a big fanbase. Thanks
Northing needs changed. You want to be able to give good content and still do your job with out having to move 20 diff camers and lighting equipment .lol you know what i mean. Its all good. I try not to miss your vlogs cause i enjoy them. There very educational. Some of the faults you sort out, i still struggle to understand. Must bee getting old or technology moving to fast.
How come you didn't just clone while still attached? i'd say you could do with a tripod microscope camera, save the vision, and lungs from inhaling solder fumes.
Most of the time this is last resort and very rarely you wont get a read this way If it was to happen you would want a new unit and program in with ford ids/fdrs
Great channel absolute genius can you add more details on minimum equipment needed and how your connecting to the ECU you make it look easy but my brain is fried😅
Great videos Ryan.. very calm and informative.. can’t believe how complicated these modern vehicles are.. keep up the good work 👍
Thanks, will do!

What qualifications do I need to become an auto electrician?
Did the customer drive through water or was he just unlucky?
The bcm was very interesting. What does it do , and why do you have to copy the data? Does a bread new one come blank? If so how do you program that?
The bcm is controlled of body functions on the vehicle ie lights central locking etc.
We copy the data to transfer to a used unit to save a couple of quid on a new one, A new unit can be programmed in online but doing it the way i did in the video saves online access etc

Needs internally attached to red mcu unless you have io terminal

What do you do if you can't connect yo the old module to save the data to transfer across? I presume you were connected to the old module?
