    Can you guys perhaps upload the series as a whole? For example, just upload all of Snatch series, then wait a 2 to 3 weeks for the next series? I get why you guys do this for maximizing views which is good, but for active viewers who wait couple of days for the next step in cues may feel disconnected. I've always lifted, but never sumo pulled and I'd just like to say this is a very detailed and informative series. Thanks.

    Surely Max will do a pillars series for the front squat, Right?

      Surely is an awful way to ask a question,it implies you already have a bias and you've made your mind.He might,he might not but yeah,try avoid using surely when asking questions

      This was a joke because in the last Jugglife they talked about how Max used to hit 30 front squat max efforts a week.

      Yea, already filmed it. Snatch, Clean, Jerk and Front Squat pillars series are all recorded.

    02:45 Admiring Max's dorsiflexion rather than the Stunning Valkyrie on the bar. I need a vacation.

      A beautiful dorsiflexion can easily be equal to a beautiful woman. Vacation still agreed.

      @James Ward how much do you deadlift with your conventional. 225? 315?405?

    How the fuck is that a deadlift? It’s a really wide squat with the weight loaded in your hands instead of your back. Deadlift isn’t that complicated just read starting strength if you wanna learn to deadlift correctly.

      Jung Yang dude you're making it more complicated than is. TH-cam sumo wrestlers and see where the place their feet. Its the ssme thing. I didnt make the damn rules. It is what it is.

      Jung Yang if your squat looks anything like that body position you’re not doing a squat 😂😂

      @arteksta1943 6 ปีที่แล้ว

      Craig Bishop agreed but that's definitely not a dead lift either

      Jung Yang watch their 5 pillars of deadlifts. I can assure you, all the cues will be similar apart from where they’re telling you about putting your feet. That’s literally the only difference between a conventional and a sumo 😂

      The cues being the same means nothing. Just because they are the same doesn’t mean they are the same movement. Primary function of the deadlift is to train your lower back and hips. Sumo puts more emphasis on your legs and not enough on you low back and hips making it a inferior lift to the conventional deadlift. Just pointing out the facts.
