Excellent series! It was very informative and easy to follow. Sumo deadlifts are my favorite and I will incorporate this into my deadlifts. Hit 75kg PR yesterday (I'm still a beginner) but I hope to hit 100 soon! Thank you!

Please do a series on the strict standing overhead press. Also, I've said this before but I'll repeat, Kristen is a demigod, not just because of how strong she is but also how beautiful she looks, she seems quite humble too. As he mentioned in conventional DL we should start shooting the hips as soon as the bar reaches the lower part of our knees.... this according to me will also apply in Sumo DL...... and if you observe closely at a lower playing speed you can make out that the girl is doing the same here.

till what point we should push with the foot and then pull using hips.....when i use hip at the start my shoulder strt droping
Drive hips in once you go over your knees
Yuri Belkin blocks the knees far before extending hips, you are saying that's a fault

I dont think so. A few well known USAPL lifters have adressed this. Locking the knees out before the hips is the way it should be done it seems.
what if i lock out after pulling the bar over my knees ? Not "as soon as the bar comes off the ground" like you said
