    Ivy, thank you so much for the wonderful videos! I love your classes. The small tips you give for the various poses really make a big difference (e.g. tilt the pelvis towards the ceiling during downward dog, go high on the ball of the foot during high lounge, etc. instead of just saying the name of the pose or giving very general instructions) I appreciate that a lot as they make the poses feel so much more engaged! Thank you again, keep the great classes going :)
