Warren, I love your attitude. It always makes me feel like you're one of us, hanging out - just a normal guy who likes to talk about gear - in detail! You're super knowledgeable, but not a snoot, a great booster, but not a shill. Someone we can trust. Thanks for taking us around the show.
Warren, it was great seeing you at AES in NY. Thanks a ton for taking the time to chat with one of your biggest fans ;-) Your panel on Thursday was really insightful.
I got the very first production Audioscape MK-609 and had for over 2 weeks now and LOVE IT!!!!!!! BUY IT!!! YES, it is like the heaviest 2 space gear I have. It has got to weigh about 16-18 pounds!!
Awesome video! I've been beating around the bush with picking up the spring reverb from AudioScape, and I think it's so awesome that they are offering a much more affordable and readily available option via their plugins to try things out!
Avid is definitely killing it with these new ARA2 integrations. Looking forward to the release of these features for sure. Thanks for sharing this video ❤🎉
I have had various microphone I think like 5 different ones, even with Tube tech inside, But I have not to this day met a microphone that beat the SM57 and beat the fun I had with it.
The IK iLoud and Apogee bundle might be the solution for Atmos for me... we'll see... really want something that'll do a 2.0 or stereo monitor of of a fold down to stereo along side a binaural check
The fact you can also set these up with just mic stands makes it possible for studios or room studios are in where you aren't allowed to go drilling things into the walls and celling... like my rented flats living room for instance 😂
@@Producelikeapro looked on reverb and saw it near £2000 so thought it’d important for others to know of other options… I personally would love one… if it was half that price ☝️😂
The flock also can be set with the phantom power only able to turn on for mics that can take it so you never put it where it's not needed and break things also
I would do anything for a symphony studio 16. I’ve been waiting g for years s for this. I still have my original ensemble from 2007 and I mix outboard on an ssl with tons of analog. I’m probably the only one in the world who has such a complex setup with a 17 year old interface thst I need 4 dongles and stuck on osx Catalina 1 refuse to get an Apollo or any other interface other than an apogee.
Yep, re Avalon, Roxy ( and so many great albums ) makes the current trend to push vocals so far to the front of the mix anathema to me, It all starts to sound way too close to a karaoke session that has been well mastered.
Shame on you Apogee! it probably costed you more to remove the SPDIF i/o from that mk2 board than leave it there 😂🤦♂🤦🤦♀ it's outrageous you haven't put at least a simple stereo digital i/o at that price range
It was very well attended this year! A couple of the booths we were at were tucked away, so maybe that's what you think? Regardless it was marvellous and very successful! Next year it will be back on the West Coast!
Huh? I was there it was very busy and even in this video you can see a ton of people walking by and interacting at the booths. Seems like you didn't watch the video and just made some arbitrary comment.

Thanks Warren and team for the coverage. So impressed with the new functions that are coming up in Pro Tools.
Our pleasure! Glad you enjoyed the video!

YES!! Coming soon!

😂 I feel regulated to mic stands, I avoid touching, once I've found my way to them. So this two capsule thing, could be just the perfect mic.
Marvellous!
1000 👍likes for audio scape ❤

@@TigroGumi very true indeed!
I guess things like the Flock Patch killed the MicMaid... as you can do that but also anything else
You can supply mics with 48v then patch them anywhere plus everything else
Who knows? I loved the flexibility of the Mic Maid!

890 Bartell Circles
I want to see speech to task so you can get a DAW to automatically to do grunt work
Indeed!
What was apogee thinking releasing that lineup with an antiquated menu diving display. What a horrible workflow

APOGEE- why no 16x16 for hardware user studios???
Audioscape - the most exciting company in pro audio imo
I'm sure there's more to come from Apogee, yes, Audioscape rules!

Exactly, very well said
Where's the audeze Maxwell?
Audeze video to come!
Apogee No optical connections or Dante😮

Not an adequate successor to the ‘Ensemble’..
missing almost every feature that made it an Ensemble.
AES is embarrassingly empty. One person walking by in 2 minutes.
