I have the problem of allergic rhinitis for the past 12 years, and what you told everything in this vedio are i have faced, and i took several madication like Alopthy, homeopathy and I had a operation in nose but nothing was help me to improve.
Three months before I saw your vedio and and stopped milk and milk related products it has supported me a lot and my allergy is now controlled.

Please explain the difference between wheat products vs Atta. I have changed my diet plan and followed from March 2023. At the time I started my food habit my body weight was 77 kgs. Now in August my weight drops down to 65 kgs. It's a big result. In my diet I am regularly eating 2 chappathi which is made by Atta and one egg afternoon and at night time again egg, oats, peanut, chappathi, chicken, fish just like that. Morning - Nil. That's why I would like to know about the difference between Atta and Wheat. Could you explain?

Recently my friend advised me to try two country chicken egg daily (Boiled) for lunch and dinner. I feel better after taking for the past two weeks. Doctor do egg has any medical value for this kind of allergy ?
