If i want to eat non-veg for the day, I'll buy 400 grams of chicken breast. This is 120 grms of protein. This comes at around 100 rupees. I would divide it into three meals which rice(which is already made at home) and also vegetables (already made at home). And when i am eating veg then i would use 100 grams of soya chunks(52 grms protein) and 200 grams of kidney beans(48 grams of protein). I would mix cook these two and divide into two meals with rice and a besan chilla (100 grams of besan=20 grams of protein). Ps:- feel free to add anything you want in this and get stronger. All the best.
