@@Akib-ou3cy I don't eat anything special but mainly focus on intake of food....whatever is it whether its egg, chicken, raw veggies and many more. I never say no to food...Infact I am muscular..I do my workout 6 days a week and just eat whatever is available 😂😂🥂

From my opinion, don't waste too much money and time for cooking food and eat those simple foods which will provide u a lot of nutrients and also we don't need to 6-7 meals a day. Just use the following meals a day :- (for gain)
1. Morning breakfast : Oatmeal with 2 med size banana and some nuts and 2 whole eggs..
2. Lunch : Simple daily food prepared by our mother nd try to add daal for protein nd salad for fibres...
3. Pre workout meal : Shake ( 2 med. Size banana + 1 cup oats + 2 spoons peanut butter + 200 ml milk )
4. Post workout meal : just 3-4 egg whites or boiled potato
5. Dinner : Simple homemade food
Take a little glass of milk before bed.👍👍
I think this whole day diet is more than enough for a beginner/intermediate for gaining 🔥👍👍👍

Wahi potato k macros eggs k aadhe hote h. So 1 egg k badle 2 potatoes khao 👍👍👍
3-4 eggs k badle 6-8 potatoes 1 din k kha skte ho but agar jyada hojae to eggs ko paneer ya soya chunks se replace kardo, woh aur better hojaega. Basically mix karke khao👍

2 eggs 1 with yok and 1 without
Then 12:30 or 1 : Chikoo and banana shake , with peanut butter with brown bread
Then for lunch : any sabji with chawal and dhai
Then per workout :- 2 or 3 bananas or aloo and dhai
After workout shake - Chikoo and banana
For dinner : same as lunch but with salad
Then for supper late night : milk
