My Weight gain diet with some changes
1. Meal ( Time 9:00 - 10:00 ) 1 Bowl milk oats , after 5 to 10 minutes 1-2 brown bread with peanut butter.
2. Meal ( Time 12:00 - 12:30 ) 1 boiled potato with curd , 1-2 banana + 5-8 almounds.
3. Meal ( Time 2:00 - 2:30 ) 3-6 Roti , rice + Sabji , Dal + salad cucumber, tomato.
4. Meal ( Time 5:00 - 5:30 ) 2-4 boiled eggs with masala oats , any fruits.
5. Meal ( pre workout meal ) 30 minutes before gym 3-4 banana , 1-2 sweet potato , 1-2 boiled potatoes with curd. after workout banana shake , wey protein.
6. Meal ( time 9:00 - 10:00 ) white rice + Dal , chicken , Sabji. Before sleep 1 glass milk
