I love that you listed your build list. Everyone should do this...especially shops.

The way I modded my 2015 STI was to make it seem like a factory STI. Engine is temperamental so you have to do everything right and not cut corners
I did Cobb intake, IAG AOS, IAG Oil Pick Up, Koyo Radiator, ETS TMIC, Cobb Uppipe, Killer B Header, Killer B Hard Turbo inlet, Cobb 20g Turbo with blanket, stock down pipe, 1050 injectors, AEM 340 fuel pump, Grimspeed 3port, VSC radiator hoses, 04 STI fuel regulator, Invidia Q300 Catback, and cylinder four cooling mod.
Various, Perrin, Whiteline, Cusco, and Group N mounts.
Puts down 350-360 whp on pump gas via street tuned.

Definitely a nice looking STI. Also I spied a TBSS in the background. That was one of the most fun SUV's ever. Maybe I am partial because I had one before my STI.

Here in Australia, hardly anyone wastes money on carbon bits or any type of "body kit" for looks..
First things we do, full exhaust, AIR intake/intercooler, ECU and dyno tune. Suspension if you're lucky.
I own a Hawkeye so in the scene and very rarely do you see any old or new WRX or even Skylines with bodykits.

neat. so for the best daily STI, one must first (totally) disassemble the car (and have a 2nd mode of transportation during the down time), then add parts, parts, and parts; and then reassemble (not forgetting/losing a bolt/screw along the the way). Sounds easy enough....

Already $10k into my 2014 just sorting the engine out. Had it three years and barely put 10k miles on it.... Cracked valve springs within a couple months of buying, burned up exhaust valves and dropping guides 8 months later, killed a rod bearing less than a year later.... Very temperamental and lots of inefficiencies and corners cut for mpg in the stock setup. After you do all the homework and spend all the money, they're great. But you'll still cringe at every little sound it makes for a while. If it lasts a year of me babying it I'll be slightly more confident in the car.

@@TDT0188 ...still makes me wonder where/how Subaru got it "wrong". In 2019, that is the one thing that kept me from going STI - the EJ257. I probably didn't fare much better going FA20 WRX, but I could not get over the fact that the EJ257 had been in production for 15 years (in various editions) and it still had well known, document issues that Subaru failed to address/improve. In 2019, the EJ motor should have been 'solid/bulletproof', but it wasn't. Do I regret not buying a 2019 STI, Yes (superior car to WRX) and No (the EJ unknowns). I was not keen on dropping $5k-7k on a new car after-the-fact just to make the engine 'more' reliable. 🏁

@@K03sport they sell so few turbo models compared to N/A models I'm sure it wasn't financially profitable to swap pistons, re machine a bunch of blocks for proper tolerances for those pistons, upgrade bearings, re-tool the cases to be more rigid..... They did it cheap and barely made it through epa red tape. Two class action suits and a bunch of well known problems that they were too cheap to fix.
