Better than croissants! Simple, fast and delicious recipe

Ingredients and recipe:👇👇
1 glass of warm milk (200ml)
1 glass of warm water(200ml)
1 glass of vegetable oil tea (100ml)
1 egg white
40g/ 2tsp white sugar
7g active dry yeast
650g /5.5 cup flour
1tsp of salt
100g butter
100g mozzarella cheese
1 egg yolk, 1tbsp milk

Bake for 25_30 minutes at 180C
