I love your videos. My dough has not failed to rise since I started watching. After that where it goes different. Until I put out my cooling rack on the counter. Then it looks like a train wreck. I do have to say my buns and rolls and pastries are not very pretty or look like yours, but with a little more jam or butter, they taste pretty good. My bride of 50 years says, “ You better clean up this mess and turnoff the oven! Life is wonderful when you bake. Makes me smile. I wish I would have learned this 50 years ago. ❤❤❤ love my fellow bakers.

Excellent recipe. But can you please let me know what I can replace with for eggs as I am allergic to eggs. Can I omit the eggs completely from the recipe? Also, at the last step, before baking, can I brush the croissants with only milk and no egg?? Thank you.

Nosotros en Argentina asi de esa manera se llaman Locatelli son rellenos con Jamon queso y siestiramos mas la masa de la punta al unirlas le doblamos cada punta hacia adelante le decimos Mediaslunas se pueden comer solas con mermelada dulce de leche y tambie rellenarlas con jamos queso es muy Tradicional aca Las Mediaslunas
