    I tried this yesterday, it’s the best muffin. My kids couldn’t believe it’s eggless. It was so soft , fluffy and delicious. Next time I’ll try with chocolate chips. Thanks for the simplest,delicious and eggless muffins recipe.

    Hi ! I tried this muffin recipe today and it was perfect ! I didn’t have walnuts so I threw in some dried berries and they were perfect ! Soft and fluffy !! Would recommend it 100/100 !

      Recipe
      2 ripe bananas
      1/4 cup oil
      1/2 tsp vanilla extract
      3 tbsp sugar
      3/4 flour
      1/2 tsp baking powder
      1/2 tsp banking soda
      1/4 cup choped wallnuts
      Bake the muffins at 180°C for 18-20 minutes.

    Thanks for this recipe. I'm gluten intolerant so use gluten free flours. This time I used buckwheat flour. It gives a nice nutty flavour.
