1/4 Cup Oil
3 Tbsp Sugar (Brown/White)
1/4 tsp Vanilla Essence
3/4 Cup Maida/Oats powder
1/2 tsp Baking powder
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1-2 tbsp milk if required
1/4 Cup chopped walnuts
Eggless banana walnut muffins or just banana nut muffins are super delicious cupcakes that are my all-time favorite sweet snack for breakfast or anytime. The rich taste of banana, along with the nutty flavor of walnuts, makes them super yum and moist. Whenever I made these lovely Banana walnut muffins, they vanish in no time. They are super easy to make and a great way of incorporating banana and walnuts into your kid’s diet.
