    මමත් ඔය විදිහටම තමා හදන්නෙ.උම්බලකඩනම් නෑ මට.තිබ්බොත් දානව.ඒත් අවුරුදු එකහමාරකින් විතර උම්බලකඩ දැක්කෙ නෑ😂.
    ඒ අන්තිමට දෙහි දාන එකෙන් හොද්ද මාර රස වෙනව.අල හොදි එකටත් අන්තිමට දෙහි බින්දුවක් දානව මම.

    රසට හදපු කිරි හොද්දක සුවඳත් ඇති කුස විතරක් නෙවෙයි හිතත් පිරෙන්න. ඔය විදිහටම තමයි අපේ ගෙදරත් හදන්නෙ. අන්තිමට එකතු කරගන්න දෙහි යුෂ නේද Chef රහස?
    ගොඩක් ස්තුතියි අදත් නියම ක්‍රමවේදය කියල දුන්නට. හරිම සරල කෑමක් වුනත් හරියට හදා ගත්තෙ නැත්නම් වැඩක් නෑ.

    I started to cook after turning 50, not so long ago, :-) and still learning. When I made "Kiri Hodi" for the first time, the smell reminded me of my grandma's cooking. What's best in your videos is putting yourself in our shoes, thinking and addressing our concerns to get it right, and perhaps reasoning behind some moves. By the way, I used to call my sister too "Thamuse" :-).
    Would you consider adding an English transcript to your videos, and showing the ingredients list below the video? May bring in new viewers to your channel who enjoy Sri Lankan food and cooking. That'll help me too when adding recipe and notes to my notebook.

    Hi chef,I have noticed that you don’t put garlic most of the time when you cook curries using coconut milk . Is there any reason for that

      Yes, especially when I cook vegetables. Most veggies have very mild, unique tastes. Garlic is something that has a very strong flavor and taste. Sometimes adding garlic can ruin the total flavor of the dish, especially when you cook them "Kirata." It doesn't mean I'm not adding it all the time. You can use them according to the cooking style. As an example, I'm not using garlic when I cook "ala kiri hodi," but you can add a little bit when you temper potatoes. I hope you get what I mean.
