Luiz Ani You don't have to do those every day !! Because it's not healthy for the body ! Muscles need breaks ! 4-5 times a week , maximum, it's enough ! You see results ONLY if you change your diet too . But two month I guess it's quite enough , you'll see little results , but that depends of everyone's body :) .For REAL results ( if I can say it like that ) it will take a year .
ONCE YOU START DON'T STOP! It's been two weeks doing this everyday and my thighs are slimmer and more toned. As I walk I see a bit of muscle definition. I'm walking very confidently because there is so much tightening where as before I could feel the jiggle. My butt is firm as well and when I walk I feel the tightening. No growth in my butt which I'm glad about because I like a small and just lifted/toned butt.
+funny300 The only thing I do that keeps me slim is not eating salty or fried foods. I always skip out on eating that stuff. It doesn't satisfy or appeal to me anyways and I always eat a bigger meal (my last meal of the day) around 6 in the evening so I'm full for the entire night and don't eat before bed. I also drink at least six cups of water a day and do 12 regular squats after doing this exercise. It makes a huge difference. I'm STILL doing this everyday :)
OMG! I have been doing this workout for about 3 days and some cardio, I notice AN AWESOME physical difference, My legs are getting slimmer surprisingly and my thigh gap is getting larger. Bonnie Allaut my calorie intake as of now is 1,500 . I eat salads (watch the dressing carbs), chicken and any protein rich foods! I also run 2-4 times a week for an hour!. and its really working because my thighs hardly jiggle anymore

Like any exercise, if you do plie squats with a higher amount of weight and and low amount of reps (3-6), it will add bulk to your legs. However, if you do these without weight and for longer sets, it becomes a toning exercise!
I have been doing this workout regularly for 2 weeks now, and I have already lost 2 inches in each thigh, however; I am also doing cardio prior to this workout along with a cleanish diet with a few cheat meals here and there! Reading some of these comments I have to say some of you are mis-informed, these exercise will tone and define your legs they will not make your legs big even if you use weights, women do not have enough testerone to bulk up,especially with exercise such as these. Also continuos cardio such as running shreds muscle and muscle helps burn fat so therefore the more tone and defined you are the more effective your body will be at burning fat. I find a good mixes of all exercise and a balanced diet ( everything in moderation) works. There are no quick fixes to get a body like Rebecca will take time, work and discipline.
Yea they are really beutifull!! Anyway, I was also doing this exercises together with some diet (just google: "kates fitness journey diet" if you want to find it :)) and i can recommend it to everyone. Results was awesome, and now i feel great. Good luck! :)

You definitely aren't wasting time. I don't do these anymore now because I don't want to build a lot of muscles in my legs, but I recommend you to do this for a week and see if you like the result! And yeah my legs became slimmer (+stronger)
Wasn't planning on coming back and commenting but I just wanted you all to know that doing this and simply running every so often is literally a miracle worker. My thighs are "straightish" if that's the word?? And soooo toned and I love the results. I'm 15 but doing this once a day for a week made such a suprising result! (:

I've been doing this for probably about a month?? not sure but im gonna assume it's been about that long and my legs are so much slimmer. I'm a very insecure person about my body and every time I look in the mirror now I actually feel somewhat proud of my legs, even in my dance class, there's mirrors everywhere and before I was doing this it would be hard for me to look at myself and not think "oh God.. is this really what I look like???" but now I think "wow, I actually don't look too bad" of course I still am trying to make some more changes but I'm honestly so happy with the results this far, so who know what I'll look like after 2 months!! if you want to try this workout, I highly recommend it, it slims down your legs, and doesn't really build up a lot of muscle, just burns fat (at least for me) so if that's what you're looking for, this workout is for you
+Veronika Taranek yes, my legs were always naturally pretty strong but we were doing wall sits the other day in PE and at first I could only hold it for about a minute and a half and now I can old it for a little over 2 and a half minutes... and for dieting, I am not on any kind if diet, I am just eating healthier and a little less than before because I used to over eat sometimes so I'm trying to stop that. If I want some unhealthy food, I only eat a little bit. Also drink LOTS of water.
Everyone, this workout *WILL NOT* bulk your legs by muscle gain, your simply working your muscles which will burn your leg fat, making your legs toned. If you are to bulk up your legs you would need to do some hardcore body building, because trust me, bulking your legs to a significant extent would be very hardcore, weighted workouts.

I have been doing this exercise for 4 months and it definitely makes my legs look slimmer and toned. I mix it with RL's warm up, cool down videos. I have been eating smaller portions and i lost 6kgs in one year time.
Jogging is good for burning calories, but strength training (like what you see in this video) is where the toning happens. You need to do both, not just for vanity's sake, but to be safe, too!

I've been doing rigorous ab exercises, but haven't worked very much on my legs. This exercise is great for beginners! I feel the burn, but I didn't need to stop. I wanted to do some other leg workouts too, but a lot of the other videos use equipment, which I don't have at home. So this is perfect!

I've been doing this workout twice 3 times a week & run/fast walk for 20 mins too. I have lost inches from my thighs. I did add in another thigh gap workout with this recently too. I love it!!
I've done this for 3days and looking forward to do it more everyday. I look on the mirror everyday after this workout, and slightly seeing a difference. Hopefully it works, but God knows what he wants us to look like, perfect in his eyes.

everyone stop obsessing over thigh gaps, thigh gaps come to those who have a specifically structured pelvis (hips) i know some of the skinniest girls who dont have thigh gaps so try not to stress over it too much :) just focus on being more fit and healthy :)

This is the first workout video i ever watched 3 years ago when i was insecure and lacked selfconfidence. at the age of 15 years old i looked like a stick, i was flat everywhere and hella disgusted by it. seeing everybody else with butts bigger than my future, i always compared myself to them and i had no hope, thinking i was never ever gonna look like them. but this girl right here taught me so much throughout her videos. i started loving exercising. it became a part of my everyday routine and eventually started memorizing all the exercises by heart. and then one day i looked myself in the mirror and decided to accept my body. i was actually very proud of it and satisfied with what id achieved. when i turned 17 i brought my ass to the gym and did heavy weights & machines combined with these exercises id learned. bbygurl had turned into a gym pro, i was finally slimthicc and filled with pride. MORAL OF THE STORY, THERES HOPE FOR EVERYBODY, KEEP WORKING HARD AND DONT GIVE UP. its tough but it will pay off 1000x more trust me on that one, reaching ur goals is the best thing ever!!!

Done this for two days with the flatter stomach exercises and the victorias secret angel butt workout and I'm all sore and I've seem small but noticable improvements! Try this out and be patient! Eat healthy as well! It will work for you, I can almost promise that. If I do this for two weeks I know my legs are gonna look good. :) good luck!
I have been doing this work-out since last summer. To be honest, I didn't expect too much, but I decided to continue 1 or 2 exercises (only! ^^) at least 3 times a week. Persistency is the key! Having spent less than 30 mins, now I have simmer legs!
I'm going to start doing this workout after finally finding a workout that will work. I'll be doing this later during the day. Does anyone want me to share my results with this as I'm going along? Because I think this will help some of you and it'll keep me motivated.
I do this excersie every day and at the end of the week I can see changes in my legs, it's more beautiful now! I am always uncomfortable with how my legs look because I have many fat in my thigs and butt. But now that I can see the changes, I can't wait to try other excersies from xhit daily channel. Hi, everyone. I know that many of you, just like me, are looking for a good fitness routine to stick with and get yourself in shape. A week ago I started doing a combination of XHIT videos: this one for legs + how to lose arm fat + how to get a flat stomach + lose 150 calories in cardio. The whole routine takes me about 45 minutes, so I have enough time for a shower afterwards. I do this every second day (I do a twenty-minute Pilates routine on the other days). I like that I can do this from the comfort of my own home, and that all I need to do is get up one hour earlier than usual. This is not an easy routine, but I can feel that with each time I manage the difficult exercises better. I use 1.5 kg weights and a yoga mat. I usually have some tea and a nut bar before the work out for some energy, and then eggs plus avocado plus whole grain bread after the work out. I can keep you posted on my progress if anyone is interested.
@@quietlullaby8506 Absolutely! I first noticed a change from the inside. In the beginning the weights I was using were quite challenging, and in about three weeks I saw that I could finish the workout without really breaking a sweat, so I added a kilo to each weight. As for visual improvements, I only noticed that my arms got toned and my ass got firm but didn't see much difference in legs or waist. However, bear in mind that I am quite a slim girl so I think it takes a hard effort in both exercise and diet for a long time to see noticeable results in those areas. In October I had a three week work trip during which I didn't have the time nor the equipment to continue with this particular workout, I only did power walks every day. From this, I noticed that I lost some weight (about 3 kg). This week I have returned to my normal routine so I am trying to do the workouts again and I see that it's as difficult as it was when I started. I hope that by next week the muscle memory will come back.
I just started this workout today. I also do extra plies squats for my inner thigh to get a thigh gap since this focuses on your outer thigh IMO. I'll update!
A little. My legs are a little more toned and I have a little bit bigger thigh gap. I also did an inner thigh workout and 30 mins of running every day, plus a healthy diet too so that probably added to my results :)
I noticed amazing results when I first started doing this and when I stopped (I went on holiday) I put on weight again and have already noticed the difference again once I re-started this!
I've been doing this workout for exactly a week now. My legs are leaner! I've been doing her calf video too, and I'm already seeing some changes in my calves. I do 3-5 minutes of stretching before these work out videos, and one more after them. I'll keep posting with my result ^^ After I get a bit more fit, I plan to add The 7 Best Ab Exercise video to my routine. Second week My legs are leaner. The result doesn't show over a night, but it's still much faster than I thought. I decided not to drink carbonated drinks more than once in 2 weeks, other than that I eat and drink whatever I want.

I will do this for 2 weeks twice a day and I will update this everyday 1 Day : Now I finished my first workout , it was good we can say it was easy , because it was the first day I will do this one time with 45 minutes running on treadmill 2 Day : today it was very easy I didn't take a brake I will do it tonight for second time with extra workout and 20 minutes running on treadmill and drink 2 liter of water 3 Day : today is my third day doing this exercise , today I think its start working, I feel my legs stronger than the last week with walking for 1.1 km and drink 8 cups of water 4 Day : today I'm very tired so I didn't make the exercise but I walk 4.3 km 🔥

Almost a decade later and this is still a awesome workout. I’ll update my weight loss and overall improvement. I am also doing 2 mile walk in place by Leslie on TH-cam and some ballet barre work/stretches for toning and flexibility.
Starting today, I hope to see results in the next two weeks. I'm doing Abs and Butt too, but i decided to to this avery day and others with a day of rest. (I'm italian, I don't know english very well, but I love Rebecca. She's my favourite trainer, she don't make you feel alone lol)
yes, my legs are more fit and toned, but they're not more slim. I pratice athletics and tennis by years, and I've steppede workouts by increasing the run, so if you want thin more slim you must run. (hope that my english is not so bad, have a good day!)

I've been doing this almost once a day for 1-2 weeks and my calves and my thighs are so much slimmer. I can really see an improvement. I highly recommend it.
Toph Beifong I did this for the first time and I didn't stretch and I didn't feel like severe pain. Then again Im a dancer and we do these kind of things all the time.

Are you on a diat aswell or are you eating without looking on the calories, sugar, etc?

Reading some of these comments I have to say some of you are mis-informed, these exercise will tone and define your legs they will not make your legs big even if you use weights, women do not have enough testerone to bulk up,especially with exercise such as these.
Also continuos cardio such as running shreds muscle and muscle helps burn fat so therefore the more tone and defined you are the more effective your body will be at burning fat. I find a good mixes of all exercise and a balanced diet ( everything in moderation) works. There are no quick fixes to get a body like Rebecca will take time, work and discipline.

You definitely aren't wasting time. I don't do these anymore now because I don't want to build a lot of muscles in my legs, but I recommend you to do this for a week and see if you like the result! And yeah my legs became slimmer (+stronger)

I've been doing this for probably about a month?? not sure but im gonna assume it's been about that long and my legs are so much slimmer. I'm a very insecure person about my body and every time I look in the mirror now I actually feel somewhat proud of my legs, even in my dance class, there's mirrors everywhere and before I was doing this it would be hard for me to look at myself and not think "oh God.. is this really what I look like???" but now I think "wow, I actually don't look too bad" of course I still am trying to make some more changes but I'm honestly so happy with the results this far, so who know what I'll look like after 2 months!! if you want to try this workout, I highly recommend it, it slims down your legs, and doesn't really build up a lot of muscle, just burns fat (at least for me) so if that's what you're looking for, this workout is for you

+Veronika Taranek yes, my legs were always naturally pretty strong but we were doing wall sits the other day in PE and at first I could only hold it for about a minute and a half and now I can old it for a little over 2 and a half minutes... and for dieting, I am not on any kind if diet, I am just eating healthier and a little less than before because I used to over eat sometimes so I'm trying to stop that. If I want some unhealthy food, I only eat a little bit. Also drink LOTS of water.

Everyone, this workout *WILL NOT* bulk your legs by muscle gain, your simply working your muscles which will burn your leg fat, making your legs toned. If you are to bulk up your legs you would need to do some hardcore body building, because trust me, bulking your legs to a significant extent would be very hardcore, weighted workouts.

It's October 10th and I'm still working out even to this one. Just finished this one and my legs are toned I been working out since May 1st. I workout my arms, legs, lower ab, and lower back, and also my hips. Love you Rebecca!!!

I have been doing this exercise for 4 months and it definitely makes my legs look slimmer and toned. I mix it with RL's warm up, cool down videos. I have been eating smaller portions and i lost 6kgs in one year time.

Jogging is good for burning calories, but strength training (like what you see in this video) is where the toning happens. You need to do both, not just for vanity's sake, but to be safe, too!

I've been doing rigorous ab exercises, but haven't worked very much on my legs. This exercise is great for beginners! I feel the burn, but I didn't need to stop. I wanted to do some other leg workouts too, but a lot of the other videos use equipment, which I don't have at home. So this is perfect!

I've been doing this workout twice 3 times a week & run/fast walk for 20 mins too. I have lost inches from my thighs. I did add in another thigh gap workout with this recently too. I love it!!
I love how each of the videos are only about 10 minutes so it doesn't feel like too much but it's still an amazing workout
I've done this for 3days and looking forward to do it more everyday. I look on the mirror everyday after this workout, and slightly seeing a difference. Hopefully it works, but God knows what he wants us to look like, perfect in his eyes.

everyone stop obsessing over thigh gaps, thigh gaps come to those who have a specifically structured pelvis (hips) i know some of the skinniest girls who dont have thigh gaps so try not to stress over it too much :) just focus on being more fit and healthy :)

This is the first workout video i ever watched 3 years ago when i was insecure and lacked selfconfidence.
at the age of 15 years old i looked like a stick, i was flat everywhere and hella disgusted by it.
seeing everybody else with butts bigger than my future, i always compared myself to them and i had no hope, thinking i was never ever gonna look like them.
but this girl right here taught me so much throughout her videos. i started loving exercising. it became a part of my everyday routine and eventually started memorizing all the exercises by heart. and then one day i looked myself in the mirror and decided to accept my body. i was actually very proud of it and satisfied with what id achieved.
when i turned 17 i brought my ass to the gym and did heavy weights & machines combined with these exercises id learned. bbygurl had turned into a gym pro, i was finally slimthicc and filled with pride.

FOR EVERYBODY, KEEP WORKING HARD AND DONT GIVE UP. its tough but it will pay off 1000x more trust me on that one, reaching ur goals is the best thing ever!!!
i have tried it for couple of days im gng to do it like a mounth to see results get fitter u can see a lots of results in the legs got tighter. thank god found a trainer like her that doesnt lie like other people.....very good trainer also u can get a flat stomach too doing this exercise mines gone 1-2 inches of my waste line...good luck every one dng this work hard dont gve up dringk lotssssss of WATER it helps u alot and make sure to do cardio and do stretching after these exercises to lighten up the muscles so it doesnt hurt

Done this for two days with the flatter stomach exercises and the victorias secret angel butt workout and I'm all sore and I've seem small but noticable improvements! Try this out and be patient! Eat healthy as well! It will work for you, I can almost promise that. If I do this for two weeks I know my legs are gonna look good. :) good luck!
I have been doing this work-out since last summer. To be honest, I didn't expect too much, but I decided to continue 1 or 2 exercises (only! ^^) at least 3 times a week. Persistency is the key! Having spent less than 30 mins, now I have simmer legs!

Hi, everyone. I know that many of you, just like me, are looking for a good fitness routine to stick with and get yourself in shape. A week ago I started doing a combination of XHIT videos: this one for legs + how to lose arm fat + how to get a flat stomach + lose 150 calories in cardio. The whole routine takes me about 45 minutes, so I have enough time for a shower afterwards. I do this every second day (I do a twenty-minute Pilates routine on the other days). I like that I can do this from the comfort of my own home, and that all I need to do is get up one hour earlier than usual. This is not an easy routine, but I can feel that with each time I manage the difficult exercises better. I use 1.5 kg weights and a yoga mat. I usually have some tea and a nut bar before the work out for some energy, and then eggs plus avocado plus whole grain bread after the work out. I can keep you posted on my progress if anyone is interested.

@@quietlullaby8506 Absolutely! I first noticed a change from the inside. In the beginning the weights I was using were quite challenging, and in about three weeks I saw that I could finish the workout without really breaking a sweat, so I added a kilo to each weight. As for visual improvements, I only noticed that my arms got toned and my ass got firm but didn't see much difference in legs or waist. However, bear in mind that I am quite a slim girl so I think it takes a hard effort in both exercise and diet for a long time to see noticeable results in those areas. In October I had a three week work trip during which I didn't have the time nor the equipment to continue with this particular workout, I only did power walks every day. From this, I noticed that I lost some weight (about 3 kg). This week I have returned to my normal routine so I am trying to do the workouts again and I see that it's as difficult as it was when I started. I hope that by next week the muscle memory will come back.
I just started this workout today. I also do extra plies squats for my inner thigh to get a thigh gap since this focuses on your outer thigh IMO. I'll update!

A little. My legs are a little more toned and I have a little bit bigger thigh gap. I also did an inner thigh workout and 30 mins of running every day, plus a healthy diet too so that probably added to my results :)
I noticed amazing results when I first started doing this and when I stopped (I went on holiday) I put on weight again and have already noticed the difference again once I re-started this!

I've been doing this workout for exactly a week now. My legs are leaner! I've been doing her calf video too, and I'm already seeing some changes in my calves. I do 3-5 minutes of stretching before these work out videos, and one more after them. I'll keep posting with my result ^^ After I get a bit more fit, I plan to add The 7 Best Ab Exercise video to my routine.
Second week My legs are leaner. The result doesn't show over a night, but it's still much faster than I thought. I decided not to drink carbonated drinks more than once in 2 weeks, other than that I eat and drink whatever I want.

1 Day : Now I finished my first workout , it was good we can say it was easy , because it was the first day I will do this one time with 45 minutes running on treadmill
2 Day : today it was very easy I didn't take a brake I will do it tonight for second time with extra workout and 20 minutes running on treadmill and drink 2 liter of water
3 Day : today is my third day doing this exercise , today I think its start working, I feel my legs stronger than the last week with walking for 1.1 km and drink 8 cups of water
4 Day : today I'm very tired so I didn't make the exercise but I walk 4.3 km 🔥

Almost a decade later and this is still a awesome workout. I’ll update my weight loss and overall improvement. I am also doing 2 mile walk in place by Leslie on TH-cam and some ballet barre work/stretches for toning and flexibility.
Starting today, I hope to see results in the next two weeks.

I'm so happy to try the Victoria's Secret workouts ! I feel like this one is very smooth, I feel like my legs are burning but it is a good burn, and it makes me want to do this everyday ! :D I wish everybody a nice workout and a beautiful day 🌞
I do this, Victoria's secret angel butt workout, Victoria's secret angel arm workout and 7 best ab exercises every day. I also eat really healthy. I started 17.6.2016. and I hope I will get fit.

Day 1:
I can’t remember what it felt like but I was sweating so much lmaoo. Listen to your own music!!!!!! I get so bored listening to her voice aha so I just plug in my (fake lol) airpods and listen to some tøp
Day 2:
Listened to lots of panic! at the disco and felt like jamming out, music gives me so much energy lol. My thighs are still big but not as dimply, I sweat a LOTTT
