    I did this workout about 3 - 4 times a week and within a few months I got amazing results! This workout helps give you those nice and flat toned abs, but not the "bulky" type that some people seem to get. This workout helps you get that nice line down the middle of your abs and completely tones your obliques. I LOVE IT! If you are thinking of doing this workout, do NOT hesitate. DO IT!       OurMidnightMemories13 Nope! I eat relatively clean, but I still eat about 1800 - 2100 calories a day to maintain my current weight.

      Liana Liana The only way to really reduce the size of your legs would be to lose weight. However, this workout will definitely help you burn calories and tone them in the process!

    This is one of the only workouts that, when I do it consistently for 7+ days, I immediately see a difference. My waistline slims down and I notice the quads pop out more in my thighs! A burner, but definitely a favorite!

    I have seen a difference in just a week doing these exercises, nothing has worked for me really, but any one of these videos from this woman does me so good. It works, so fast, and is so amazing

    I do them only once a day, about 5 days a week, but the first week I saw a difference and I am still doing this, and still see progress, it really does work great, it is a great core exercise. core is the most effective. But I mean only 15min a day, you can not beat it.

    The only thing that can make you work harder is you! Set goals, and post motivational pictures around your room and on your binders and notebooks, so that when you look at them, you see what it is that you're striving for. When you have a lot of school work, take a 5 or 10 minute break when you get to that point where you just CAN'T focus anymore, and do one of our really quick workouts! It'll help you reach your goals, and bonus: It will help your mind refocus and clear it up to keep studying!

    I remember doing this workout one year ago- I couldn't even make it through the abs. I started doing it again 4 days ago and was able to make it through the whole video! Now, I didn't really lose weight in that year and I also didn't tone up that much but I got a lot stronger -even though I didn't exercise on a regular basis. I'm super proud of myself and feel like this is gonna be my summer! I work out every day and eat clean- ish.

    gotta share my result ! i did this workout every weekdays after cardio for 6 months here's my result, my hip is now 33inches from 38 inches, waist 22 inches from 27 inches, my thighs are thinner and i also has lil abs. gonna do this as long as can. thanks Rebecca !

    guys, you won't look like Candice Swanepoel... so stop asking what it's gonna do... because it is definitely gonna do something to your body so do it & expect nothing because the less you expect the more you will appreciate your body ... this is what it is going to do to your body.... gonna get you more healthy , make you feel good after & if you are constant then you will see results :)) so just do itttt... your beautiful & go now & achieve your goals 😚😚 xx lovely day

    This is such an amazing workout! I definitely recommend this to get in shape fast! I have been doing this for about a week and a half everyday, and have seen amazing results so far!       I read somewhere that it's better for you if you can talk or even sing while doing a workout because it helps to make sure your breathing (some people forget to breath). But yeah she does amazing!!!

    I've just been realising that a lot of people are wondering if they will gain muscles with exercises. It really is just about what you eat, like models, they don't eat as much as other people do. So if you want to be bulky and all, make sure to eat a lot, but when I say "a lot" i mean eat A LOT of fruits and veggies and anything healthy. But if you want to be like a model, only eat meals, and don't eat anything unhealthy for you and your body. And obviously don't eat a lot. Its all about your diet folks! And just so you know, i use the modelling type of diet, and it really does work!! Most of the information provided here was given from my dad, and he's very fit! Hope you learnt something!     Most of our workouts are intended to build long, lean, strong muscle. (Notice that we don't have any hulky, ripped guys leading workouts ;-)

    So I'm doing different exercises from XHIT daily and that since 2-3 months, I'm from size M to S down. It takes its time already but if you train every day like me, for example, it goes faster!
    Anyway you should not stop even if you have your dream weight. Of course you do not need train every day, so build it into your everyday life as it is best for you.
    Have fun while exercising :)

      Hadas David This workout is great for beginners like me. The first few weeks were painful but my body get used to it now. I noticed a huge difference on my waist and butt even though I eat a lot. and I don't do it everyday.

      mahek imran I noticed a flatter stomach and tinier waist after about 2 1/2 weeks. Same for the booty-- it took about 2 1/2 weeks. This workout makes your body look great but keep in mind that, since this is a lighter workout, you wont see a super huge difference. But it's a great beginners workout! Once you've got this down, you can move on to the more intense workouts that will definitely give you a Candice body. And don't worry if it hurts! I was exactly like you when I first started out-- pain is normal for a beginner. Just push yourself and do it for a little longer each day until you can do it for the full amount of seconds. And pain is good! That means your muscles are working. I recommend doing this every other day, or every other 2 days when your first starting out. If you do it everyday your muscles wont have time to repair and you wont notice much of a difference (not to mention it can cause injuries). Good luck girl and don't give up! Patience and consistency is key. Start now and your body will be perfect just in time for summer :).

    I can't do the bicycles, I tend to fall. Is it okay if I do it on the floor, like the traditional bicycles?

    Second time I do this workout! It gets easier but not too easy!
    Make sure you never give up a workout. I do workouts since the 1st of january and it really works.
    I was on different channels but these is the best for me. You shoud try FitnessBlender too, they also do partner workouts!

    Love this workout I do it every second day as an extra right after i've finished the burn 400 calories workout by Rebecca as well and its so good.

    Hey Rebecca!! First of all, I LOVE your videos! However I would like your help. Could you please help me design an hour workout which would be good and efficient? Maybe you can suggest a variety of ab ones, arm ones and butt ones with some cardio that add up to about 60 mins and the best order to do them? (So I can get the most out of my workout) I have a very small space in my room. I am highly active so I like intensity lol Thank SO MUCH for your help!
