Samsung's capture button is the volume down key, which is also where the finger rest, so apple did nothing.

I have an iphone 15 pro max but I must say I fjnd it funny how all the cell phone companies really promote the cameras but 95% of people just use them to take a picture of their kids or friends or pets. The “fancy” stuff is rarely used. People just want clear photos, but that has been a norm for years.
Exactly, the world isn't full of photographers, that's what phone companies think that all of us are, I just need a camera that can take pictures of my dog and places I visit without a blur, either am I a content creator, they should focus more on things people use everyday if I come to think about it

I don’t see any difference since years. I still have iPhone 11 and it still works perfectly. What actually astonished me is that there is no significant improvement since then. Between iPhone 11 and iPhone XR there’s a big difference for example (material, display, processor speed etc).

On my opinion does the iPhone 11 super shots and the camera is very fast. I tried to use the 15 in a Media world and I just thought “wtf, they changed nothing”. Steve Jobs died and creativity died with him as well. (I almost always had iPhone)

I have the 15 Pro Max. This is the first time I’ve seen an iPhone upgrade and thought, “yeah, I don’t want it”. They added a shutter button? Couldn’t you use the volume button as a shutter button before?? What’s the point? Seems kinda meh as an upgrade to me. I’ll happily wait a few more years and see what’s coming next time
The shutter button will have shutter hold unlike the volume button, which if youve ever owned an actual camera u will know is very useful

@@friend9389 I was just joking, IOS 15.8.2 is the last update for your phone. The 7 plus and below have IOS 15.8.2. Above the 7 plus is the 8 and plus which is on IOS 16 and then the X series and above have the latest update. Right now i have a 14 pro.

It would be a shame if they are still using 60hz. This shows they have nothing to show for their pro models so they just put 120hz as an exclusive feature.

@@HyperionZero need? 60hz era is gone. Apple can't even provide 90hz to their base iPhone which costs around $800, in 2024. I have ancient iPhone SE that has that 60hz too.
Apple have a habit of reserving 120hz for their pro series.

Incremental improvements is a bit of an overstatement. I have a 13 pro max. And honestly I wouldn’t even upgrade to the 15. Don’t get me wrong I’m happy with iPhones. They do exactly what I need them to do but I see no benefit to upgrading to the latest when there is no benefit
