Getting bored with the iPhone. I always get the Max but it’s the same old shit year after year. You can never tell a difference in the new chip from the old chip unless you have a really old phone. They need to focus on making the batteries last longer and forget about all the other ridiculous shit that most people never use!

At this point... I think Apple should go to a 2 year upgrade schedule with the iPhones. They're already ridiculously powerful. A year after a new release they should push out the software and then the year after, the next phone.
we can always rely on Apple to shift the wireless charging antenna a few millimeters so we all have to buy new magsafe accessories.
Even if it moves mag safe will still line up since it’s aligned with magnets no ?

Currently, I'm using the iPhone 15 Pro Max and I'm not sure if will I switch to the next model. Probably I would not.

But will the new iPhone has the same anti-reflection or what you might call it for the display as the s24 does. Brighter screen means very little if you you have tons of reflections in the screen.

If base iPhone 15 aren't getting the AI stuff, I'm switching back to my Pixel, at least Gemini is always accessable.

Is it worth to trade in my 14 Pro to 16 Pro or 16 Pro Max when they come out, or wait longer to upgrade? I have a regular 14 Pro from February 2023 with 88% battery health after a year and a half and don’t like the battery life and buggy experience (factory reset didn’t help)

I’m starting to think an iPhone ultra will be a part of the 17 lineup. I think they may be going back to a more rounded edge phone but thinner design. The Ultra will probably look similar to the watch and the thickness would be closer to current phones. Buttons will be orange.

The regular 15 is getting really good prices now with internet retailers! So are the Pro versions!

I believe there will be *TWO* A18 SoC models. The basic A18 will sport four efficiency cores, two performance cores, and five GPU cores. The A18 Pro will sport four efficiency cores, two performance cores and six GPU cores. And both will get a totally new Neural Engine core designed specifically for Apple Inteligence.
I heard on another channel it’s Samsung sensors for camera and possibly 50 to 100x zoom. Max going any bigger far as size to match Sony and Samsung?

I am happy with the initial reports we are getting about the iPhone 16 / 16 Pro Max. Sounds like there are good reasons to upgrade, if you are still on the iPhone 11, 12, 13 series. I might consider an upgrade seeing as I am on an iPhone 13 Pro, but also might wait for the 17 Pro Max if the finances don't allow.
it should be announced the day when iOS 18 comes out in September and I cant wait. 🤩

I think people are really sleeping on the fact that apple is gonna put a new sensor (Sony IMX903) on the iPhone 16 pro max and if this is really true, I think that there’s no way they’re not going to get the main camera module even bigger, because to use 100% of the new sensor capabilities they need a bigger module… and this is gonna be the start of apple on fact targeting the market of mirrorless cameras! This new sensor can bring a whole other level of natural bokeh to the main camera and even when using portraits, cause’ they can use the depth of field collected by the bigger sensor and use it on the portrait mode to make its results quite like dslr cameras! Because if there’s one thing apple has been advertising since the first iPhone it is its camera capabilities! I can’t wait for the day the iPhone is gonna have just one big camera with a monster sensor.

I’m likely getting the 16 plus this year. I have a 12 Pro Max had since 2020 and it’s getting a bit beat up and glitchy. Other than the premium feel of the pro max I don’t need all of the pro features as I barely used them in mine. I just like large screens 😂.

As soon as you started talking about MagSafe 2.0 I was hoping to hear that the new one would not only bring faster charging speed, maybe up to 25W, but also enable some wireless data transfer over it so magsafe charging docks could also have something like an audio or video output, or even have a magsafe car mount that has the wireless apple carplay built in.
But alas, disappointed again as nothing really new about it but "smaller physical space" :( Maybe the Magsafe 3.0 in another few years...

@@Roboseal2that seems more reasonable. While there have been reports of the improved lens for this, not many credible sources have backed it and it hasn’t been widely talked about. Plus with the rumoured changes for next year, it seems more likely the bigger camera improvements also won’t come until next year.

I believe the A18's coming to both the 16 and 16 pros but the 16 pros get an A18 pro varient which has the same features for ai but, as the M1 and M1 pro, it's just stronger and more efficient
I currently have the iPhone 12 Pro, and I believe I'll be holding off on upgrading until next year. The new iPhone 13 doesn't seem to offer any significant features or upgrades that justify the cost. I would rather save a few hundred dollars and stick with my current phone, as the differences between the two models appear to be minimal. I was anticipating more substantial improvements this year.

If they don’t increase the battery in the 3rd year in the row, I’ll just keep swapping battery on my 13 pro max for $89. Apple is really kicking themselves in the nuts by not increasing battery life every year
Apple makes small tweaks to their products every year and says “it’s the best [insert Apple product here] ever,” especially with the iPhone’s camera. I fully believe that cell phone camera sensors aren’t going to get much better without finding a way to increase the size of the sensor.
I’m with iPhone 12 Pro I don’t feel there’s anything wrong with my phone at the moment I don’t see why I need update to iPhone 16 but I kind of still wanted a new one 😅
