Hey, people aren't buying over prices vehicles. Wake up! I will never understand why people have to do things the hard way. Auto industry everthing is over priced. Fact.
The 10 speed has been standard for BOTH the 6.7 liter Diesel and 7.3 liter gas engines, starting with their 2020 model year trucks. So I'll bet dollars to donuts that the claim here (that the Diesel will now only come with the old 6 speed transmission) is WRONG.

All I want is rubber floor mats, crank windows, analog gauges and just a simple truck not a glorified SUV with a bed!
The single most shocking aspect is the stupidly high prices. And I'm not talking about individual consumers. Businesses that rely on these trucks to work daily (plumbers, electricians, construction workers, landscapers, deliveries, etc.) are having to pay more then pass on the increased costs to their customers. Yes, individual consumers pay more, but the greater effect is foisted on the entire economy.

Get ready for more issues, technical problems, steering issues, automations with complicated and restrictive programs limiting the good old fashion diesel engine to breath, emissions regulations implemented to cost the consumer more 💰, upgraded BS to add supposed value, more gadgets, expensive parts, oil changes and fuel filters.
No longer do you have a diesel truck to work with at reasonable the sales price tag,,, what you have is an expensive over engeneered luxury truck that shows off how much you paid for it with bells and whistles .....
And to add insult to injury they brag about how much BS they crammed into this truck, that if any one, out of the 100,000 parts on-board break( and they will) You get to pay for that as well!!!!

This all has to do with the 2023 Super Duty. The problem is, it's a consolidation of several other videos. Note the 6 speed transmission alludes to updates for 2019.

Tailboard.....aloo-min-E-um.....six speed.....image at 2:26 had TRD (Toyota) on a center console shifter (SD are column shift), 3:55 is a Lightning, not SD, 4:49 PETROL (anywhere SD are sold it is called gasoline). This video is all wrong.

That's why I'm taking great care of my 2002 F350 7.3L and diligently performing all regular maintenance procedures. With only 37,467 miles on the odometer, it should last me a lifetime. I'm 63 years old, so this will most likely be my last vehicle before I die.

Actually, virtually EVERYTHING said here applies to my 2017 F-350. There is even less of a difference when compared against my friend's 202 F-350.
Additionally, I suspect that the claim that the 7.3 gas engine will have over 500 HP is WRONG. It was 435 HP in 2023. Such a 15% increase is very unlikely.
The only item that caught my attention was the claimed suspension improvements.

Composit engine parts no thanks ! Also can’t get f150 2x4 with v8 with 373 gears I don’t want 315 gears and the price is way to high . And the frames are two light soon they will probably only have 4 doors no more Fords for me . Screw ford ! 😡

The 10 speed has been standard for both, starting in 2020. A friend has the 2020, while I have a 2017. His shifts super smooth with or without pulling his 8,000 lb trailer
@gregparrott I have a 2020 f250 platty and she shifts like a dream. Loaded down or not. There isnt 1 bad thing I can say about my truck. And I would own a pre-pandemic vehicle before I bought a new one..they seem to be filled with gremlins.

Last I read, they have a small (about 6.0 or 6.2 liter) gas V-8, the 7.3 gas V-8, and the 6.7 Diesel V-8
Are you referring to a 6.8 liter made by someone else, like Chevy or Ram?
Chevy offer a 10 speed made by the same company as the one for Ford, but slightly different specs. Last I heard, Ram still offers a 6 speed
