      Ye bhut hi normal hai, don't worry, exercises regular kro apne aap ghutna us range ko adapt krlega aur range badh jaegi, shuruaat mai aisa hota hai, exercises ke baad range khulti hai aur thodi der baad vapas phle jaisi ho jati hai par dheere dheere range khul jati hai age jakr👍🏻

    Sir नमस्ते 🙏 सर मै एक पैर से विकलांग हु मेरा एक पैर पतला है और एक इंच छोटा भी है सर मुझे चलने मे problem होती है ज्यादा मे चल नही पाता हूँ। जब चलता हु तो पूरा दबाब दूसरे पैर पड़ता है और दर्द भी होता है। Please सर कोई ऐसी exercise बताई जिससे मे अपने पतले पैर को ठीक कर सकु। 😔

      Don't worry regular exercises kro, exercises se phle paraffin wax bath ya hot pack ghutne par rakhein, fir exercises krein, apne physiotherapist se ghutne ko mobilise krwae, range aajaegi👍🏻

      Two years is a long time to get result, probably you will need a re-surgery and physiotherapy to regain the range, sir! take medicine in consultation with your physician.....by physiotherapy means you can use hot pack to relax the muscles and cold pack to decrease swelling and pain after exercise...Thank you!

      2 saal hone ke karan apke joint Mai contracture yani ki permanent tightness ho sakti hai, aap apne surgeon se contact krein ya nazdiki physiotherapist se, video Mai dikhae gae exercises bhi aap krein, lekin in exercises se jada jaruri apke liye exact situation ka diagnosis krana jaruri hai, taki apko sahi advice mil sake, ye exercises surgery ke turant baad ke liye jada faydemand hain...👍🏻

      Apka target 120 degree tak ka hona chaiye, 120 degree mai aap sari activities asaani se kr paengi, ye video ghutne ko seedha krne ke liye hai, jald hi mai ek video ghutne ko modne ki exercises par banaunga, tab tak aap apne doctor ki salah se regular exercises aur treatment lein...     Hello sir. Thanks for the good information. I had tibial plateau malunion surgery one month back. My joint space is 90 % reduced and cant do full extension.

      i would suggest you to visit a physiotherapist and you can perform these exercises under supervision of a physiotherapist as reduced joint space would require more specific care to recover....wish u speedy recovery!!

      Physiotherapist se check krwae aur proper treatment lein, time kafi ho gya hai, ghar par khudse thik nhi hoga, better hai ap definitive treatment lein apne surgeon aur physio ki salah lekar

      Apply ice every 3-4 hours, start walking lekin abhi kam distance chalo dheere dheere distance badhai, eventually time ke saath apka pain kam ho jaega jaise jaise leg ki strength improve hogi👍🏻
