My story similar like u. No pain same day of surgery send home and very slowly I came in my room 15 stairs. Then after 10days I try to go down stairs. But u looks very young I am older than u. I am in USA. I want to share one thing u said u do exercise only half an hour. But my physiotherapist recommended three times a day and three times icing after exercise.

Use pain control given by doctor. Normal to have pain 4-5 days after surgery. Movement is important. Ice with elevation is important

Jhutt naa bole. Dard bhot jydaa hota hai. Sargry ke baad mein abhi safr kr rahi huu dardo se. Meri sao abhi 130 month hua but aabhi bhi dard hai han kafi important hui hai. Mei e reccvy kafi ki hi but bhot pain hua mujhko aaj bhi hota hai. Bina stic ke khud chal leti huu aab mei
