    raven I’m telling you if you could see my face right now trying to complete the workouts and let me just say every time I’m about to take me a little break and slack off you’re like girl don’t quit on me and I’m like Raven shut the hell up lol I love all of your workouts.     I used a medium arena strength band and boy did I feel the burn. I had to stop a couple of times but I made it. Thanks for the good burn!

    I went into this after doing a 10 minute postpartum ab workout thinking I was prepared, but after the first donkey kicks, my arms and my legs were cramping up on me. 😂 I definitely have to redo this workout another day. Thank you Raven!!! 💖

    Great workout! I usually do workouts with mini bands, but when I'm doing Raven's workouts i don't need them and still feel the burn! I love her tips to imagine something during workout, cause it make me feel glutes better and being more aware of muscle that I'm wokking on. thank u!

    If there is a video 15 mins ish without equipment I'll always try it. This was my first one. I haven't exercised in months, and am overweight and I thought this would be harder to be honest I just be not engaging correctly... But i do feel a burn by the end and thank you!!
