When I start my day with your videos, it helps me get my routine going and my body and mind feel amazing the rest of the day. 🎉

Happy to say it's been two weeks and I love how you motivate me throughout the whole workout with your words of encouragement while also keeping it real with the struggles; I certainly feel like I'm not alone and just when it's burning and I'm about to give in you're like "it's burniiiing! Don't let your legs fall, I know it burns!" And that honestly gives me the amount of energy I need to keep going. Keep it up girl you're doing such a good job! Newbie to Pilates, at age 68 with bursitis in the hips and shoulders (weak in those areas) couldn’t do all the whole counts but I hung in there with all the positions. Please do more beginners. Thanks

What is the best way for someone to stretch their body to be able to sit criss cross on the floor? My left knee tends to sit up in the air, and my hips start to hurt. Will you make a video on how to safely do that.
Hii ive got a question that I hope someone would be able to answer: in which hour should I start pilates? Does it matter? Cause of school I wake up everyday at around 5-6am and im back home around 3-5pm, so I cant do those during the day or in the mornings. Will it bring the same results if I do these in the evening?
