I love that you created a series of Pilates workouts that are targeted for the menstrual cycle. My lower back gets stiff and my energy level wanes. I am grateful these movements energized me and addressed the stiffness in my back.
Please keep this series going!! I absolutely love it! I’m always too lethargic to too anything but not having to leave my house and do only a 20 minute low impact workout was literally EXACTLY what I needed. You have been the sole reason I’m now obsessed with Pilates!
definitely feeling better !!! I usually never workout on my period bc my body is so tired but I want to incorporate some exercise even during this time of the month to feel better. After trying this routine, I can say this is going to be one of my go to!!! Thank you for sharing your knowledge with us !!! 💗

Frankly speaking, it's one of the best Pilates videos I've seen on TH-cam. All the deep explanations, breathing reminders, support during the workout, and also the music (its volume was perfect) - it's what made that so cool. And it definitely helped me with my first day and feeling overwhelmed and overloaded. It's so awesome, THANKS!!!!

I've always said I was going to do this when my cycle came but I always made excuses to not go to the gym because I was tired. finally came to the gym while on my cycle and realized this is what I've been needing this whole time. Thank You Raven !!!

I’m in the awkward position of feeling the cramps and bloating and heat of the period, but it hasn’t started. Trying to jump start it to get it over with. But this helps the cramps and bloating, but I feel you on the back of the knee and neck sweat
My back was feeling tight and it hurt so bad since I started my period. I for some reason felt like doing Pilates today and the tightness and pain has decreased literally, so thank you lol
