    I would like to see more how the zones work and see how the temp is on the entire surface.

    When adding the oil it’s obvious SOMEBODY didn’t follow the “level the griddle surface” in the intro of the video 😂. Good video though, thanks.

    I did 10 coats and was still left with a small area in the shape of a triangle at the lower center that did not get as dark as the rest of the surface. In this video it looks like the entire surface was nicely seasoned. Perhaps is the griddle size/total burners? I have the 2B one.

    Does Halo even have customer support? I’ve submitted two support requests through the web, emailed directly to customer support, gave all 1’s on a survey about the support (lack?) I had gotten associated with one of the tickets I had opened, and tried online chat, as well as left a voice message. I have not gotten a single reply. Charge $1000 for your 4B griddle and then give zero support to customers who need help. Do better! This is as bad as my Traeger experience and I am starting to feel I shouldn’t own a griddle.

      @@halopg Wesley reached out yesterday and we worked through a resolution. It was a frustrating couple of weeks with no reply but I think we have a path forward here that will resolve my issues.
