  • Are you short on time? This one's for you! ♥︎ I've created THE ultimate 2in1 booty + legs workout. It targets our booty, inner and outer thighs and a bit of calves (don't worry, your thighs won't grow!). It shapes, lifts, pumps your booty and tightens your thighs. If you do this routine regularly, it would also help you to get rid of cellulite and hip dips! The entire workout is on the floor, so there are no squats, lunges or jumps included. It's low impact and very knee-friendly. If you want this workout to be more challenging, you can use ankle weights or a resistance band. It's totally up to you!
    ▪️ Intensity: Medium
    ▪️ Recommendations:
    • Mind-muscle connection: Make sure to THINK of your gluteal muscles while training them. You feel the burn much more if you do so.
    • Squeeze your booty non-stop during the workout. Imagine that you are holding a paper between your butt cheeks and try to not drop this imaginary paper. :)
    • Repeating this workout 2-3x per week works perfectly.
    • For more burn, combine it with my other booty and leg workouts.

    Any advice for having thin legs? With your workouts I want to thin my legs and see a space between my thighs what workouts do you recommend me to do? And will all your workouts make me lose my legs and thighs? And how many videos do you recommend making per day to lose weight?

      Let me tell you:
      • heavy weights + low reps = building muscles / growing thighs etc.
      • lower weights or bodyweight + high reps = toning
      Of course your diet is important, too. So if you do my workouts regularly (maybe 3-4 videos per day), your legs would look thin and toned of course. But I recommend to train a different body part each day, so do not train your legs in a row. Give your muscles time to recover. It's as important as exercising. :) ♥️

    Eylemcim merhabalar yine süper bir antrenman olmuş. Şunu sormak ıstıyorum günde kaç tane kalça bacak videosu yapmalıyım? Spor salonuna gidiyorum benim bacaklar incelmedi sanki büyüyor gibi. Senin bu videoları ne kadar yapmam gerek her gün yapsam olur mu ve kaç tane yapmalıyım günde kaç video? İncelsin istiyorummm

      Şöyle söyleyeyim:
      - yüksek ağırlıklar + az tekrar + yüksek kalorili beslenme = kalınlaşma / kasların şişmesi
      - düşük ağırlıklar + sık tekrar = sıkılaşma
      Benim videolarımla bacaklarını inceltmen elbette mümkün. Kalınlaşması için egzersizleri yüksek ağırlıklarla yapman gerekir. Günde 3-4 video uygundur. Ama her gün aynı bölgeyi çalıştırma. Kasların dinlenmesi en az egzersiz kadar önemli. :)

Zaten bir terslik olduğunu anlamıstım çünkü senin videolarınu ağırlıksız yapmama rağmen bölgeyi daha cok hissediyordum yoruluyordum bilgi verdiğin için cok sagol.       Stretch marks unfortunately can't be eliminated by exercising. You can use special oils for it :) and in order to avoid further stretch marks, always hydrate your skin with moisturizers.
