@@aquariusense Yeah, it works. I'm on my 30s, knee pain. And you can buy it on bulk by the kilo, and all you will need is a gram scale. My recipe is 95 grams of collagen, 0.47 grams of hyaluronic acid, and the serving size is 2 grams (1/4th tsp times 2). The serving size of HA works out to be around 200 milligrams. And so far it has helped my knees. You just need a gram scale to work the HA acid per whatever amount of collagen you use as a serving size.

I think it'll be fine but make sure you do your research so you get the correct supplements and dosages. X💜
