I'm from Eastern Canada, Just Ordered the 48 inch, this is gonna be my 1st time using an OLED, ive watched tons of reviews of this OLED model, by many tech reviewers on TH-cam, i got a 10 Year Old LG 47 inch LED Non Smart HDTV wit 3D built in(i use an Amazon Fire Stick for my Streaming Apps), so this will be quite a new upgrade for me. super pumped, im a big fan of movies,(cant wait to see 4K Bluray Movies later on) i only play nintendo switch for gaming. awesome review Pete!!

I have this tv being delivered to go with my ps5 for my man cave. This will be my first oled tv. I’m upgrading from an lg 4K led 43inch.

just snatched this up for £726 including delivery from very... black Friday sale reduced to £899...but then used Very pay credit (12 month interest free) and got another 20% as a first time user of the very pay... everywhere else its £999 so I was looking at the A1 model which is only 60hz etc but the cheapest was £765 on amazon
So excited...can't wait for this to arrive in a few days -- I'm upgrading from a 2018 Hisense 4K TV where apps like amazon no longer work on it

I had the 65” LG CX and was blown away by it. Then I got the 65 “ LG C1 now and I’m just in absolute love with it. I got my Xbox Series X running on my 65” LG C1 and it’s the perfect match 🙌🎮

At some point I will purchase the 77" C1 and would like to get a soundbar, but I don't know what is worth purchasing. Please advice.
I got the 48” but still still on the box as 55” seems like a better fit for me but they are sold out right now as the same bundle from the same seller which includes 4 year burn in and accidental warranty .. paid 1086$ for 48” the 55” was 1299 with the 4 year warranty but they were out of stock when I bought the 48 and why I bought it.. but I have a 50” led now and it’s a perfect size for the room but 55”would be even better but I was scared missing out on that great deal and bought the 48” like a shmuck.. do you think the 48’ is large enough when laying in bed 7 feet away? Gaming I’d be like 4 feet or so.. it’s tough because I’m trying to do 2 things movies and gaming but if I got the 55 I could just sit in bed playing games and watching movies ughh

Which is better for gaming: LG G1 55 inch or C1 48 inch? I want the best of the best and I don't care about price. I'm only about 6 - 7 feet away from the tv. I thought G1 is the best out there but I also heard it doesn't make much of a difference. I saw the tv in best buy and I could barely tell the difference with C1, maybe a little. Is the G1 worth the extra cost? I want the best picture quality there is too. Please advise

Seems like a great TV, I am thinking of picking one up for my Xbox Series X. Quick question, how is the brightness on it? I know with some OLEDs the peak brightness isn’t the highest but from all the videos I have seen on TH-cam of this TV it does seem to get pretty bright. Can you give some input on that. Hey guys, I actually bought one of these TVs for gaming but I got a problem with the remote controller since, I have already a LG OLED CX 65'' at the same room. The problem is that both TV's remote controllers work at the same time for both TVs couldn't find any way to isolate them. Do anyone have any tip or solution? Thanks :)

I already have a Samsung LED 55 inch HU8500 and it is a great screen but I want to upgrade so fell in love with the 65 inches C1 but the price was too much so wondering whether to get this or the 55 one since even 55 is out of my range but after having a 55 inch, I do not wish to downgrade 48 inch
If you’re gaming at a 55 inch already then I probably wouldn’t go smaller unless you have to. Remember you can always save a bit more. I ended up saving more and getting the 65.
Just got the C1 and am still messing around with the settings. Anyone else feel like game optimizer mode puts a almost a “gray fade” over the entire screen ? I have been running if I’m vivid mode and the colors are amazing . Any tips on how to get game optimizer mode running as bright and shiny as in these TH-cam videos ? Thank you !

Hey, so I'm plan on buying both the 65in and 48in soon. The 48in will mainly be for both my XSX and PS5. What can I do to prevent any type of screen burn in for both the 48in and 65in? 65in will only be used for movies
Just don’t leave the tv on with the same screen for 10 hours a day for a year and you’ll be fine. They’ve implemented multiple things to prevent burn in like pixel rotation and hud dimming to prevent it. It really should never be a problem. It’s about the same likeliness of getting struck by lightening at this point with normal use

Hello, I obtained the TV and happy with it though the Playstation keeps turning on when I press the button above the blue button near the Prime quick button; is there anyway to stop it turning on the Playstation when I do not want it to? Thanks
@@PeteMatheson thanks will give it a go later let you know; do you have Paramount Plus? Do you see a grey line on top say for the Star Trek films; Star Trek Voyage Home in particular.? I think it's the aspect ratio but am unsure how to get rid of the grey line

Have you heard of any C1 owners experiencing burn-in yet? I want to buy the 65" C1 but im kinda nervous for that reason
Hey bud, we have owned the 65'' C1 for around 3 months now with absolutely no issues whatsoever ! So much so that I am looking at also getting a 48" C1 to use as a PC monitor for the basement. On the 65" the wife and I play PS5 (mainly FPS which it has a specific game mode for) I can play this at 160fps through HDMI 2.1. Also watch alot of Netflix, and youtube, HDR movies look AMAZING You wont regret buying it, and I am yet to find a negative review online for this TV. @@MC-ie8xl I feel as though a 55 would be the sweet spot for gaming on the PS5. If you are looking to use as a PC/PS5 all in one i.e on your desk then either wait until next year when they release the 42 or go with the 48 now. Just my opinion though. I was glad I went larger not smaller from 55 - 65

For a competitive FPS (mainly) player that would want the best out of gaming, would you say the 48 would be the best? Wouldn't the 48 have the lowest input lag? Also I've been wondering, but since all the sizes of the same model has the same pixel count (2160p), Wouldn't the 48'' have most detail since the pixels are more compact rather than spread out? I would say the bigger the TV would be more suitable for a larger room. I have a small bedroom that I want to either get the 48" or 55", but since I'm focusing on the gaming aspect, wouldn't you say the 48" would be the better choice? Less input lag, higher refresh rate since pixels are more compact? I'm not sure I need some ideas on this.

You gotta go with 48’ if ur main goal is gaming. I could have bought the 55 for almost the same price as 48, but 55 would be too big for gaming, especially in your bedroom. And my bedroom is quiet big, but 48’ is the ideal for gaming.

@@PeteMatheson i think I figured it out. Bought a new 2.1 hdmi from Amazon and hooked it up to my ps5. Just got the TV the other day and couldn't get it to go to 120 fps while running any of the games that are supposed to be broadcast as such. Tried the cord that came with the ps5 and got it to work. Ironically the cord I bought just to do this didn't work and the old one did. 🤷♂️
I recently got the 48" its the first OLED I've ever own, I don't like playing games on big screens because you lose pixel density and more input lag, if there was a 32 or 42" I would've chosen that size instead.

I'll be getting 48 inch which feels kinda bad because its slightly smaller than my current 49 inch, which isn't a big difference at all, but still.
It isn't just price, some of us literally don't have the room for a larger TV.

@@greggs123 not sure if you’ve made your choice, but measure the distance from your sofa to your tv stand in inches, divide the answer by 2, and that’s how big your tv should be, if you’re in between values, go with the bigger value

I got the 48” for my gaming room and it works perfect for my setup. They all benefit from the same features so you’re fine with what ever size you go for. Now if I can only decide on a good soundbar 😊
