Also the upper cabinets are 14 3/4inch deep to be exact
The extra 3” room look perfect in conjunction with size of the kitchen and base cabinets.

Can you post a BUDGET for the expenses of the kitchen remodel? What do the replacement cabinets cost? Is there any reasonable cost source for good quality cabinets?
Sure I’m planing on making a video about it the future but I’ll give you ruff numbers. We bought the kitchen cabinets/hardware, tile and granite stone before the crazy inflation started. So out IKEA cabinets were $2800 dollars that’s everything tax delivered. We assembled and hung them out selfs so no cost for labor. Floor tile was $650 for 9ft by 11ft room. Back splash was $450 plus special grout for glass tile $40. Granite countertop was $1000 that includes the sink and install. $100 water spout for the sink. And I’ll add $400 to $500 for miscellanies supply’s like paint, roles screws, some small tools for install. All together it was around $5500. If I was doing the same remodel today it would be closer to $8000-$9000 if I had to guess.
