Gr8 video..very insightful...just an observation, have you noticed that when using DLOG most of details are lost...trees and grass become mushy...any recommendation? maybe using NONE and -1 -2 -2

Hello and thank you for the great advice. i will follow your channel. Please can you advise me the best settings without N.D Filter for 2.7k camera for phantom 3. I'm not sure about ISO and shutter speed for normal filming conditions. Thanks James

Pretty sure an ND filter (allowing less light in) won't help you lower your ISO.
But ND will further allow you flexibility with aperture and shutter.
    Overall a helpful video. Thx.

Thank you so much for your video! Very straightforward and to the point. Im in a group in facebook called Dji Phantom 3 Standard Owners Only (you should join) I think you would make a huge contribution because just looking over your videos I feel like i've learned a TON in a short amount of time. I am going to be starting a channel doing reviews of electronics (drones, cameras, tablets, phones, etc) I someday hope to have over 1k followers like you! Keep up the good work and thank you for putting all this info out there for the rest of us who are still learning! (Also if you have any other tips for a new phantom 3 standard owner please let me know) I was a little nervous gettting it because i've heard they are going to be discontinuing it soon but it flies very easily and the videos im getting are looking good before I even edit. That being said the 3DR Solo Drone is 299 with an extra battery 6 extra propellors and I have a friend that has a gopro hero 3 plus black that he will sell for 100 bucks, do you think the 3DR is worth getting (even if I resell it)
Thank you for your time and sorry for such a long message, I just feel like it's really hard to get simple answers unless you go to someone who has the knowledge. My wife got a nice camera so we are learning iso/shutter speed/ etc together.

You can. Just avoid sunny days... let the sun be behind the drone...and manually adjust ISO and shutter during the flight

I would wait for the Dji Mavic untill its under 1000 $ she is really great ready to fly in 3 minutes flight time up to 25 minutes speed mode 70kmh foldable propelers and sensors to the front and to the ground she has a 12 mp camera which is focusable thats really super i wait for her my phantom 3 is still great too but i would like a smaller drone and the Mavic brings all what the phantom 4 brings too
