      Underrated comment. I always had the mindset that working out isn't worth it unless you're going hard, and that's not very good for you in the long run. This is incredibly sustainable, realistic and effective. And relaxing! Tysm Nicole ❤

    I must say, I LOVE your music selection in your videos! Other Pilates instructors on TH-cam usually use upbeat music or no music at all, which both doesn't really work for me. But your videos are perfect, the music is relaxing but also motivating. And your gentle voice and narration is very calming, too. I am really glad, that I found you :) Love from Germany

    I am literally addicted to these full body workouts. I would like to see more intermediate/advanced ones with equipments (bands,mini balls, etc) to add more resistance. You are amazing Nicole, please keep us toned with your inspirational workouts.

    Packaging: It came in a sturdy rectangular cardboard box that said Yoga on it. th-cam.com/users/postUgkxZkaD2JsPC-fUMkF3vxJ2echoiXZ3T9aM I didn't like how it let possible package thieves know what might be contained inside but great packaging otherwise. The yoga mat came rolled up in a plastic wrap, which was fairly easy to remove.Contents: I got the green yoga mat and it came with an adjustable velcro carrying strap already secured to the mat. There was also a warranty card. There was a bit of a plastic smell coming form the yoga mat but it quickly dissipated after using it once.I've only used the yoga mat twice so far but I am loving it. It's such a game changer to my work outs, especially compared to my bed and floor, haha! I can confirm that it very thick, slip resistant, and comfortable. i didn't look at the dimensions prior to buying the mat, but it is so much longer than I expected! Width is normal size in my opinion. I don't know if it really is tear resistant yet... only time will tell!

    I know I’ve said it before, but your workouts are the best. They are thoughtful, challenging yet gentle. The length is perfect too- I have time to do them because they aren’t too lengthy and yet long enough for warm up and cool down so I never feel like I’m going to hurt myself. The mental health benefits are amazing. The days I don’t do your workouts are just not as good as the days that I do. Thank you so much Nicole for making these videos. They are part of my daily routine and I love them so much!

    I absolutely love your videos. As a student, I have pretty stressed lifestyle in general but every time I'm feeling stuck and demotivated, just moving my body brings a lot of change and motivates me. There is no better workout channel that helps me move my body in a way that is challenging and still refreshing and doesn't leave me feeling sore the next day. Thank you so much for this.     Thank you, Nicole! I tried so many online workout online, from Beachbody , to online yoga studious and TH-cam instructors. I love Pilates so I was searching for different Pilates classes. I found you a month ago and your workouts are perfect for me. I love the way you show and explain moves- not too much talking not too little. I like the exercise selection. It feels so good after each class. What I would like more is 10 min sculpt workout only for arms, shoulder s and triceps so you can easily add it to any other routine. Thank you for all you do!
