    I've followed you since I was sixteen years old. Initially, I used to focus on my yoga practice intensely, but when I found you, I understood what it was all about. Years have passed, and I have not been as constant, not as much as I used to. However, throughout the time, whenever I felt I needed to connect with myself, I would come here and ground myself with your practices. Today, I'm twenty-one years old, and I still come here hoping to stay as long as possible. Your practices and words have taught me so much I will never forget. I come here to thank you sincerely for these beautiful and mindful practices. Throughout these years, this channel has been a lighthouse. Thank you ❤️

    Great practice, I have been practicing with your videos for 2 years and I still can’t fold down to touch my hands with the floor but I am now able to do other things that I’ve never thought I could do. This “beginner” classes are always an opportunity to improve. As always thanks for keeping up practices on youtube.

    Thank you Patrick, loved this and would definitely welcome more of this style class. I warmed up for it with your 10 mins morning salutation video. Would also love more 10 minute warm ups -ust for variation. Sometimes I use that for warming up to other practices, like rowing. It's been 3 years of practicing with you 1-3 times per week and I'm so pleased with seeing the improvement of both my mobility and strength. I still can't meet you on the handstands, but I can finally keep up with the push-ups :)
