Dear AR500,
I recently made an order request to cancel a purchase so that I could upgrade and purchase armor with my carrier during the black friday sales. I was told by "Kyle" an AR500 customer representative ext 1225 that "we will take care of this for you" and the paypal order would be placed on hold. This was back on November 24th.
But then today, Dec 5th, I received a fedex shipping confirmation and the paypal payment has not been reversed.
Please let me know how this has been taken care of for me.

All I see is black. Can't see anything in detail. It would be better to demo one of these in OD green or coyote.
Love the new look but remake the video and please wear a lighter color shirt and use a white table and use a lighter color plate carrier all I see is a black blob hahaha

I've had my set up for like 5 weeks and am unsure still if putting together properly... What about a "how to set up testudo gen 2" video?
I have a 20" neck and the straps don't look like the would be a workable item for me, also I am 6'4" AND 350 LBS which real good carrier would you suggest for me. I don't want to cheap out on this and how fast can you get one of these on?

AR500 Armor You offer 2 sizes Reg and XL what is the difference?
XL you get to choose 11*14 ar500 armor plates... reg is 10*12 plates.
One size, the Testudo Gen 2 fits both 10" x 12" or 11" x 14", but we have them in split packages for your convenience while ordering.
Is this made in CHINA or USA?

It’s funny all the tacticool kids dress the same it’s like a neon Sighn on them majority have to big tacticool watch the paranormal bracelet the usual tacticool ball cap with the funky sun glasses along with button up shirt and of course the pants or shorts with cargo pockets. Sad..... actually
