    So it looks like the testudo lite already comes with side plate pouches integrated. Still waiting to receive my order, but looks like I’ll have to return the separate side plate pouches I ordered

    The open top AR mag pouches with the bungee cord are tge cool looking ones. Faster in action, I think.

    "The curve on the plates face out so make sure you place them correctly."
    *Proceeds to insert plates before setting up the vest*.

    Does the top part of the back panel stick out and not sit against your back when wearing it? Mine sticks out from my back like 3 inches and doesn’t sit against my back like the front does.

      Don't have that problem myself, try adjusting the straps some

    I got one of these particularly to train.. but just need to know the specific function of the pocket over the abdomen. Another review showed the guy carrying full mags in it, and it seems fairly inefficient because it isn’t going to secure them in place especially when maneuvering over or under obstacles for example. Something tells me that most people don’t use it for anything if at all.

      It is called the "kangaroo" pouch. They sell an insert to make it a mag pouch, or I believe they have an admin pouch insert.

    Is this carrier comfortable for all day wear with plates in it? Thanks in advance

      Its definitely not lite in weight assembled and isn't for casual wear. Outside of the weight, it isn't bad. But it gets easier to wear with time and exercise.

      @@PTPGun thanks! And yeah I get that they all (ALL of them) come with a level of discomfort. Some are just better ergonomically for longer periods of time than others (from what I've heard.) I took a chance on this and the Condor MOPC for me and the ol' lady as first time carrier rigs. I figured Something right now in this current whacky climate is better than Nothing. Can always upgrade later. Thanks for the info!

    Thanks for the video. I’m doing my research as I am looking for a new carrier. I want to go minimalist. You think I can set up this model carrier as so? Save weight. Retain comfort and mobility... would you recommend this carrier overall?

    • @PTPGun
      @PTPGun  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I wouldnt describe it as being light, definitely heavier than I remember my flak being back in the day.

    Step #1 when setting up your plate carrier. Don't install your plates first.
