Seattle for sure should get a team again. My guess it’ll be Seattle & Vegas as the two new teams, with Minnesota moving to the eastern conference. But if they do one east & one west team like Louisville and Seattle, it wouldn’t surprise me either

I've lived next to Louisville forever, literally just across the river in southern Indiana. I don't care about the Pacers, most people in Indiana don't except people in Indianapolis. I've always wanted NBA in Louisville. I'm about to be 30 and I never would've imagined Louisville would STILL be without NBA. I already know Vegas is getting a franchise next expansion whether they really deserve it or not because why not? They have to have everything! We must cater to and worship them! The world revolves around Las Vegas! And when that happens I'm giving up on NBA to Louisville and the NBA entirely.

Louisville would be a no-brainer for expansion. College Basketball has cult status with the Louisville Cardinals-Kentucky Wildcat rivalry. Fans of both teams will be instant fans of a new NBA team. Imagine if their favorite super talented Cardinals or Wildcats player goes and plays for the new NBA team. You’re growing a fan base and then locking it in! Get them dollars, Mr. Silver!

I was always against Louisville (i worked at the Yum Center and it is a legit nba-ready arena, but I think Louisville would be one of those teams that cannot attract free agents
      But
Now that Calipari is gone, uK might be heading into a down period, uL has been down since Donovan Mitchell was there, so all the basketball crazed people in Kentucky could turn their craziness to the nba team instead.
Louisville is a good sports town but the way things are trending in the league, i really can't imagine Louisville finding someone like Giannis in the draft and then eventually paying him $79M.
Does that make sense? Louisville is a minor league baseball, MLS second division kinda town
Haley van Lith was there when she had one of the highest NIL situations but that was like, oh I don't even know, maybe $5M? Definitely not $79M
      But I could be wrong.
Another thing about Louisville is that the places you would live if you make $40-50M as an athlete, way out in the east end, I'm not rich so I'm just assuming but 😬 weird country club vibes maybe. Mitzi, Bunny, Chas, Winston, Chip, Kip, DeeDee...
Definitely some Carlton Banks shit 😂
Rondo just got busted driving around in southern Indiana. Maybe he was doing something wrong, maybe the cop didn't recognize him and saw what he wanted to see.

Walkwe could have been the primary scoring option on that team.
They woukd have ended up with the 4th overall pick in the draft and been spared from taking Emeka Okafor, instead they end up with Devin Harris, Shaun Livingston, Josh Childress or Luol Deng.
They are probably a playoff team in year 1 in the weak east, which saves them from draft blunder after draft blunder at the top of the lottery in 2005-2008
